33~Resurrection

Previously on Shattered:
•Ana and Will were brought back from Wonderland
•Ana wants to kill Killian
•Emma gave Rumple her swan necklace in order to get Killian out of the urn
•Emma gave Rumple a strand of her hair in trade for a potion that makes Killian immune to Ana in this world
•Emma poured the potion over Killan's head, to his dismay
•Killian went to get back what Rumple took from Emma, only to find that Rumple is creating some sort of potion which included in it: Emma's hair, the swan necklace, and Henry's heart

Hook's POV

I look down upon the cauldron in disbelief.

"What are you staring at, captain?" Rumple smugly asks.

"Oh, n-nothing I just, I gotta go," I stutter before running out of his shop.

I sprint straight to the docks, where Emma is still present.

"Look, Killian, about earlier, I'm sorry I jus-" Emma apologizes as I approach her.

"We have a bigger issue than that at the moment," I interrupt.

"What happened?" she asks worriedly.

"I went back to Gold's shop to reverse the deal, and there I saw a cauldron," I begin.

"What was in it?" Swan questions.

"A few things- that strand of hair you gave him, the swan necklace, a few other random items, and," I pause," and your son's heart."

Emma looks up at me in absolute terror, with her mouth hanging open.

She tries to form words, but can't, so I answer the unasked.

"His heart was still fully intact, besides the fact that it is not where it belongs. I don't believe he is going to harm the boy," I assure her.

"Wh-why would he need those things? What is he trying to do?" Emma finally forms words.

"I was thinking about it, and then I realized something that all of those items have in common," I tell her.

"And what is that?" she demands.

"They are all symbols of the things that Neal held dearest to him in his life- Henry and you," I notice.

"You don't mean-" Emma starts.

I nod.

"I believe that Gold is attempting to resurrect Baelfire," I say.

There is a long pause before anything is said.

"The laws of magic state that bringing back the dead is not to be done. Whatever Rumple is creating will not turn out well at all. We need to stop him!" Emma worries.
