Chapter 28: The Heartbreak (part 2)

Previously~

"AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!"

Dream.

I ran up the stairs to Dream's room only to find Dream crying and throwing up black goop....

"DREAM!!! GOOP?!?! DREAM SNAP OUT OF IT!!!"

I grab Dream trying to get him out of whatever trance he's in. I'm screaming at him to wake up, the goop is starting to flow around him like mine does. I need help now.

~Now~

Nightmare's POV
The goop was swirling all over Dream and he was starting to look like me. And then screaming stopped but something told me that that wasn't a good thing.

I reach down and lightly shake Dream's shoulder saying, "Dream?..."

I watched as Dream's shoulders started shaking and I immediately backed up because something felt....

Wrong.....

Then Dream stood up, now covered in black goop and slowly turned towards me.

Once Dream, or what I think is hopefully still Dream, looked at me fully, he pounced.

Like quite literally pounced.

Wait- "OH SHI-" I immediately rolled out of the way and started trying to bind Dream with my tentacles. But Dream is weirdly way stronger right now, and so he broke free and made a run for the door and out of the house.

I need help. And Now.

Error's POV
Me and Ink were lounging in my room when I saw that Nightmare was calling me.

"HeLlo?"

"ERROR! WE GOT TROUBLE!"

"OW! No neEd tO sCrEaM iN mY eAr!"

At my screaming out of the corner of my eye I saw Ink look at me in confusion then Nightmare continued his yelling rant at me.

"Me and Dream just got home and Dream was acting weird and went up to his room and a little while later a heard a scream and ran into Dream's room to see him throwing up goop and starting to look like me which I don't think is a good thing then he attempted to attack me then ran out the door and I don't know where he went and-"

"NiGHtMArE! CAlm dOWn! FiRsT tHiNgS fIrSt wE neEd tO GEt oUr pArENts iNvoLvEd! AnD-"

This is when Ink interrupted us and asked,

"Would our parents even know how to handle this situation? It sounds like a huge magic problem to me and most of the adults in all of are lives are either humans, half-humans, or not available right now. So who do we get help from?"

Ink had a point there, but we can't go around doing whatever by ourselves. Plus our mothers would skin us alive for doing something about this without them, if we even had skin to begin with.

"Ok. ThAt'S a gOod pOiNt. NIghTmARe, aFteR wE hAnG uP thE phONe yOU arE gOIng tO cAll yOuR mOtHeR aNd I wIlL caLL oUr frIEndS. EvEryThIng wIll bE oK."

"Okay. I'm hanging up now, and if you hear anything call me."

I murmured my agreements into the phone and Nightmare hung up and then I turned to Ink.
