Stanley felt like he failed. He felt like he just ruined people's lives. His head become empty. He couldn't think about anything. He could only hear. He basically lost most of his senses. He heard foot steps running towards him. Stanley didn't do anything, as he couldn't do anything if he wanted to. The running had stopped and he heard them doing something.

Then he started to think and feel things again. He felt the person left him up. He wondered who this person was. He couldn't open his eyes. He couldn't move either. Then a small voice was heard.

"If you could hear me...your safe...we're going home." Stanley hoped it was Luke as he kinda sounded like him. After what seemed like forever, he heard a door open and then foot steps hitting the wooden floor.

"W-What happened to you and Stan?!" His mother shouted. "He is ok! And Don't worry about me. he will get up soon..." they both sighed and they put Stan on the couch. "I-I made dinner...hope your hungry" "Very!" Stanley knew it was the boy for sure now.

Stanley tried to open his eyes but it was hopeless. He heard their munching. Stanley was hungry as well but he couldn't move or say anything at all. Stanley tried to open his eyes again. This time he was close to doing so. He continued not wanting to give up this time as he was so close.

He then saw light and tried harder. It hurt but he continued. Then he felt his fingers move. He was getting close. He now saw the whole light but that was all. Stanley then tried to make a noise to alert them that he was trying to move.

Even that was a struggle. Then he made a little grunt. He heard a chair move. He knew someone heard him. He was feeling hope. "Huh...?" "Do y-you think he is up?!" "I don't know...I will check..." he got up and walked to him. That's when he saw this finger move a bit.

"He's up..."

...

After a couple of hours Stanley could finally speak and see. All Stanley wanted to do was to go straight to bed after they had finished cleaning.

"Hey...you ok Stan?" Stanley looks his direction. "Yes! I told you yes for a while now!" The boy sighed as he put away some leftovers. Stanley continued to clean as he heard his mom call out, that she was heading to bed.

"So about the whole thing out there-" "Don't worry about it..." Stanley cut him off as he didn't want to hear anything about it. "Sorry I had put you in this mess...I kinda had to." Stanley paused.

"You know...if I have to be honest to you. I only wanted to be friends with you to find out who you were...but I got more then that..." Stanley sighed. "So you were gonna use me...?!" Stanley gulped. "Was..." Luke sighed. "Well...that doesn't matter right now. We're friends now, right?" Stanley nodded and smiled.

"Good..." Luke smiled. They put everything away and headed up stairs. Stanley was a bit hesitant on asking for the boys past. "H-hey ummm I know I basically found things out, out there but...what exactly happened before we met...?" Stanley felt chills up and down his body. He sighed.

"You sure you want to know today...?" He rubbed his neck. "I-" Stanley thought it through a bit. "Yeah..." Stanley responded a bit shaky. "Ok...! You asked for it..." Luke sighed.

Stanley then felt a bit confident of his answer. "I was born here actually...I hadn't seen my mother since I was born...and you know why...but anyways! When I died...I looked like this! I was confused why I looked the way I did. But I did mind. I wondered a bit til what seemed like 5 minutes, which here would be like 5 years but am getting off the subject!" Stanley giggled a bit.

Luke smiled and then started to continue. "Anyways...I saw your da- ummm- you know...but of course I recognized him a bit. He looked at me for a couple of minutes in shock. That's when I saw shadows appear. I run to them and said I should get my life back since I was just born and was killed by him. They agreed and wanted to take him. But he didn't want to go so he made a deal with them that if I become friends with you in a month then I would get my life back and he would go with them.

If I didn't be friend you in time then he would stay where he was and I would still be dead. I thought it would be easy as I thought I looked a bit popular but they decided that it would be fair I wore a mask to make it harder...then they told me I would try to be friend you..." Luke paused. "And...? Did they tell you something?!" "They said...you know things like your age, birthday, school, and who Your siblings were."

"Well they told you false information! I don't have a sibling besides the one that was put in the adoption center. But why would they tell you that?! That's not in my life right now so why tell you?" Luke sighed as he looked down.

"Isn't it obvious?!" He grunted.

"Huh..." Stanley said getting a bit nervous.
