What Luck(A One Direction Love Story)

Decision

"So you just left him there?" Emma questioned.

"Yeah I can't believe it either." Alissa looked down shacking her head.

"So do you forgive him?"

"Of course I do. It's just I think we should just be friends for now."

"Why?"

"Because it has been more then two months. We need to get to know each other again. If we can't work as friends then how will we work in a relationship."

"I can understand that."

"Soo what's this thing that I have heard about?" I looked up at Emma smiling.

"What thing?"

"You know what I am talking about."

"Me and Louis? Gosh! We went out clubbing. We got drunk and well we kinda kissed." I bursted out laughing. "Alissa it was nothing! We talked it over the next day and just decided to forget about it."

"You know you liked it!" I continued laughing.

"You are a jerk." She couldn't help smiling.

Alissa's POV

I left Emma's house and drove around. I thought over things. I was a bit confused on what to do with Zayn. I just didn't know. I then thought if a place to go that would help me think.

I got there and it almost looked exactly the same . The shack. I walked in and looked around. I lightly slid my hand on the walls as I walked. "You haven't been here in a while." I turned to the sweet Irish accent.

"Yeah it has. About four months I think." I smiled at him.

Niall walked towards me. "So what's up?"

"Nothing much just thinking."

"About what?"

"Zayn. What I'm going to do with him."

"Aren't you two going out again?"

"Well after what I had found out I think we am just be friends for now."

"What did he do?"

"Kiss Nicole.." I looked down, the smile disappeared.

"Oh yeah."

"He also saw me and you kiss."

Tears started to form in my eyes. Niall pulled my into a hug. "It will be all right Alissa. Zayn forgave you and that's what matters, right? He would be stupid to let a beautiful girl like you go again. You should just do what you think you should do."

I pulled back a bit and looked up at Niall. "Thank you. I knew coming here would help me." I went back in for another hug.

"Hey let's go out and do something. Ice cream and a movie?"

"That sounds great."

"Well come on, you have the car." Niall smiled. We got into my car and drove off.

"Can I get two double scoop, strawberry, on a cone." Niall told the girl at the counter.

"That will be 5.50." They exchanged the money and ice cream. Niall handed me my cone and then we sat down at a table.

"So Niall do you like anyone?" I asked.

"As in like like?" I nodded."Yeah, but in pretty sure she's taken. If not now she will be soon."

"mhm. Tell me about her."

"Umm ok. Well she is just the best thing that has ever happened to me. She is soo beautiful. Her personality is wonderful. She is my best friend. I can tell her anything in the world. It she likes this other guy. She would be better with him I think. She is too good for me."

"What? You would be the one that is too good for her. If you really do like her you would try to win her over. It wouldn't be that hard for you."

"What could I do?" He asked me.

"Well if someone was trying to win me over I would love them to do something spectacular and then something simple like watching old Disney movies, while drinking hot cocoa. That would probably win me over just there. But every girl is different." I smiled.

"Yeah..."

"Just be positive about it. It will work out some how."

"Your right Alissa. I will fight for her. Try to win her over."

My phone started to rings. I looked at the caller id. "I will be right back." I got up and quickly walked to the bathroom. "Hello?"

"Hey Alissa."

"Zayn I have thought about it and I think-"

"Hold that thought Alissa." He interrupted."I want to tell you this Alissa. Nicole means absolutely nothing to me. I love you and only you. You have saved my life so many times and I owe you a lot. Every time you are in my arms and I feel your sweet warmth I feel whole. I feel like there isn't anything in the world that could possibly replace you. You are a sweet, amazing, beautiful girl and I want to call you mine. What ever it is you decide I will support it 100%. Wether I like it or not. I will always be there for you."

I thought for a bit. I was really going to say it. It was really going to be my choice. The amount of hope I had that this was the best decision was unbearable. I had to do it though for the best, of me and Zayn. "Zayn, I love you so much. I do forgive you and I want us to forget about all the mistakes we have done in the past. I hope the choice that I made will help us both. We have been apart a little over two months. There are things we don't know about each other. I... I think we should just be... We should just be friends. Just for now. We could get to know each other a lot better then we do now. Then once we feel the time is right maybe then we could be together again."

There was silence for s minute. "I like it."

"What?"

"I like it. I agree we should be friends for now to get to know each other a little better then we do now. I like it."

"Really? I think it could work out. I really do."

"Good, well I have to go now. Talk to you later?"

"Yeah, bye."

"Bye." I hung up. I could feel the weight on my shoulders lift. He actually agreed to it. I couldn't believe it.

I walked out of the bathroom, back to Niall."Someone looks happy. Did everything go good in there?" He smiled.

"Yep, it was fantastic!"

"Well I'm glad that bathroom cheered you up."

We both laughed."Now lets go to that movie."
