Its a messy one

Jin is a rich CEO who is looking for a sugar baby. (sorry to all those in a sugar relationship, this one is going to be messy) Cuz it means he can stay with that person and probably train them according to his needs and could leave when he got bored. If he got lucky, he might find someone who would agree to all his terms. Then one day, he meets Tae while Tae is running from some thugs. His father had taken his everything and sold him off to some thugs saying that he was a mistake. So Jin saves him and offers him the job. Tae takes longer than jin thought but still agrees at the end. So jin pays off the thugs and takes tae to his house. He makes Tae sign a contract since he could be a threat if some rival of jin's got him. The contract states that Tae has to do everything Jin tells him as far as it involves his body and does not hurt him. He might sometimes have to comfort jin or something like that, through sexual interactions or through other things. Other than that Tae has no restrictions to always obey Jin or behave a certain way with him. Only Jin can break off this relationship. Even if one falls in love, with each other or some other, the relationship will continue as before. If any party breaks the rules, they have to pay if its Tae or let Tae go but give him complete payment for the next two years if its Jin. So this happens and that happens. They keep it professional for almost a year. They fuck. they kiss. they joke around. but no in depth talks. one day Jin comes home feeling blue due to somebody trusted betraying him. Tae comforts him and jin gets butterflies. Soon, Jin falls but does not tell Tae. When Tae makes a friend(any ship you're willing to sacrifice) jin gets jealous and after a few weeks of rough sex and sweet aftercare, jin confesses. Tae straight on rejects him. saying that he has no feelings for the elder. and if the elder wants to break the relationship, he is free to do it. He has saved enough to last him a few lavish years. But jin does not break it since this is the last contact he had left with Tae. So this continues for about two or three months. With Jin hopelessly in love and Tae still not in love. After that, it gets just too difficult for Jin to keep it so he breaks it off. Tae starts uni. yeah, he is late but that doesn't matter. he studies business and completes his studies in half the time, thanks to his memory. During the time, he often spots Jin following him but he lets him, feeling bad for that guy. One day, some thugs try to drug Tae and before fainting, he sees Jin coming towards him. He was following him again. When he wakes up there is (the sacrificial ship) with him. Jin has told him to say that it was him who saved Tae not Jin but he tells tae that jin told him to tell him that. tae says he knows. So tae goes to jin and tells him he was still conscious when Jin came. he can accept jin's feeling since if a relation would work for him, it would probably be with jin. Jin says that there's no need to repay him like that. Tae says that if he was repaying, he would have offered his body. And this might be the only chance jin gets to make tae fall for him. So jin agrees. They get into a relationship that is almost totally platonic. No 18+ yet, lots of kisses tho. but they have a lot of heart to heart talks. So tae falls for Jin's inner personality that is often hidden behind desires and responsibilities. He confesses and blah blah. some sweet shit.
