"I..." Y/N began but she couldn't say anything. If she said 'Yes', it would be a lie. She was confused. She did not know the answer to the question. "You... Then..." said Jungkook at a loss of words. He had been scared of this in one corner of his mind but he had still hoped that she would say 'Yes'.
Y/N's POV
What can I say? I think it's time I tell him the truth. "Look Jungkook," I said, gently. "You don't love me anymore," said Jungkook looking away, "You don't have to explain." "No," I said, shocked, "I am just confused." "Huh?!" said Jungkook, looking at me immediately, "You mean..." "I mean that I can't figure out the answer myself!" I said.
Jungkook stared at me. "I want some time," I said, "But... I think I want to give Jin a chance..." Jungkook's face saddened at the mention of Jin. "But... I might not love him," I said, to make him a bit happier, "I don't know whom I love... I just want to be sure that I love you." "What is there to be sure of?!" Jungkook exclaimed, "You said you loved me!"
I sighed. "I know I did... And I am sorry... but please... Will you... let me-" I began but Jungkook cut me off and said, "I am disappointed in you." With that, he left me alone on the rooftop. I felt bad... very bad. I hate myself now... "Aish! Don't cry now! It's not a big crime to ask for some time!" said a voice.
I turned around to see Suga stretching. He had woken up from his corner. "Suga?" I said. "Yeah. I heard what you said to him," he said. "I feel so awful," I said. "Don't," said Suga simply, "It's okay to feel confused sometimes. That kid is too spoiled to understand!" "Don't say that about him," I said. Suga came up to me and said, "Look at yourself... You are crying because you think you hurt him..."
I did not realize that I was crying at all. Suga wiped my tears. His hand was warm. "Don't worry," he said, "He will come around." "But what if-" I began but Suga suddenly hugged me tightly. "S-Suga!" I exclaimed. He pulled back and looked at me sheepishly. "I am not too good with words," he said, "I just want you to stop crying." I stared at him.
"Uhhh! I am coming!" said Suga, looking down towards the staircase. He ran off with that. I chuckled. That was the first time for me to see Suga being warm and caring. I have decided to stick with my decision. I have to be sure that I love Jungkook. I went down the stairs as well. I spotted two tall figures walking through the crowd of students- Jin and Joonie.
"JIN! JOONIE!" I shouted. They both stopped and looked behind to see me. They waited for me to come up. "What happened?" Joonie asked. "Umm... let's talk in private," I said, when felt a lot of stares on me. We decided to walk back to Joonie's house and talk there.
"What is it?" Joonie asked again as we reached his house. "Umm... I... uhh," I began, looking at Jin. "Do you want me to go?" Joonie asked. "No!" I said. I am pretty sure I will be nervous as hell if Joonie leaves. "Well... Do you want to tell me something?" Jin asked. I nodded and said, "I have decided to give you a chance."
Jin's POV
"What?" I said, not believing my ears. "I want to give you a chance," Y/N said again. "REALLY?" whooped Namjoon, "You are the best, Y/N!" "Yes... I talked with Jungkook as well... I am really confused," said Y/N. I wanted to hug her right here but I held myself back. "Thank you, Y/N," I said. "I should have done this earlier," she said.
I smiled at her and said, "It's not a problem. I am glad that you are at least considering me." Y/N nodded. She left after some time. I couldn't believe it! I am so happy though. Maybe she does love me like Namjoon said. I have to do my best now! Y/N! Just wait and see! I am eager to make you mine!
Beside me, Namjoon had called someone and told them about Y/N's new decision. I was too happy to bother about it. I just stayed on my happy cloud and ignored Namjoon.
Y/N's POV
I feel glad that I took this decision. I think my heart will be at rest only after I am sure about this. I called Lisa. "Hey, Y/N," she said, picking up after one or two rings. "Hi, Lisa... I told Jungkook that I want time," I said. "You WHAT?!" said Lisa. "Yes," I said. I told her the whole thing. "Well, I think it was a good decision!" said Lisa.
We talked for some time. Then, I called Baekhyun. "Annyeonghaseyo, Counselor Byun speaking," said Baekhyun. I chuckled. "Hello, it's me, Y/N," I said, "Your one and only patient." Baekhyun chuckled too and said, "So, miss. Oh, how's your situation now?" "I told my boyfriend that I want some time," I said. "What! You actually did?!" said Baekhyun.
After talking with Baekhyun for some time, I finally put my phone away and sighed. I am really hungry! I walked to the kitchen and cooked something for myself. I put on the TV and started watching some movie while I ate. My doorbell rung halfway through the movie. I had finished eating. Aish! Who is it now?
I am feeling pretty lazy right now. The person rung my doorbell again. "Coming," I called out and stood up lazily. I walked to the door and opened it. My eyes widened when I saw the person standing there. It was this person.
