Chapter I

No ones POV:

"SO IT WAS CORPSE ALL ALONG?" -Screamed Sykkuno

"I didn't see that one coming."
-Said Sean while leaning back in his chair and crossing his arms

"Sorry guys, but I have to go now my head hurts"
-Hippo said leaving the game

Everyone in the discord call said goodbye and she left the call too.

"So does anyone know someone who could fill the lobby?"
-Poki asked

"I think I might know someone who would be down to play"
-Sean exclaimed

"Who?"
-Rae asked in an excited voice

"I haven't spoken to her, but I absolutely adore her channel! It's Y/yt/c/n."

"Oh, you mean Y/N? I know her she's on X life."
-Lauren said

"I really like Y/N's channel, she makes amazing content"
-Said, Sean

"Well I can text her to see if she can join"
-Lauren said whilst grabbing her phone from her pocket

"That would be amazing"
-Jacksepticeye said

Lauren: Hi, Y/N! I'm playing Among us with a few YouTubers, would you like to join us?

You: Of course I would love to! Are you guys streaming?

Lauren: Yes we are! I will send you a link to the discord call!

You: Thank you so much! Just give me 10 minutes to get ready

Lauren: Okay :D

"She agreed"
-Lauren said after putting her phone in her pocket

"Okay let's start another round"

Meanwhile, Y/N was doing her hair and makeup, the front door to her apartment opened and footsteps approached her door. A tall, muscular man came into her room and stood in the doorway.

"Where are you going out?"
-He asked

"Nowhere, I'm going to film a stream"
-Y/N answered avoiding the man's eye contact

"You have 2 hours, no more"

"And who are you to tell me?"

"Fine, but if you don't end the steam in exactly in 10.30, we are going to have a problem"

"Ugh okay I get it, now please get out of my room"

The door closed and Y/N continued to look at herself in the mirror while curling her hair. After that, she went over to her PC and started streaming

"Hi guys, can you hear me?"

The people slowly started to join

"Today I will be playing among us with some other YouTubers! I do not know who I'm going to play with though because I was invited by my good friend LaurenZSide."

She joined the discord call and got warmly greeted

"Hi Y/N! It's so nice to meet you! I'm Rae"
-Rae said with a bright smile on her face

"It's nice to meet you too, Rae!"

So Y/N here are the other people! We have, Sean, Poki, Felix, Kassie, Lily, Sykkuno, and Corpse!

"Wow, I never thought I'd be playing with such famous YouTubers"
-Y/N said

"You are famous too, Y/N! You're the 3rd most followed person here"
-Rae said

"Well I don't keep up with subscriber counts, I don't think that it matters."
-Y/N said with a smile on her face

"aww, that's really wholesome! I like you alredy Y/N!"
-Said Lily

"Thank you so much! When are we starting the game?"

"Right now"
-Sykkuno said and since he was the host he started the game

They played and laughed. Eventually, it was getting close to 10.30, but Y/N didn't care, she knew he wasn't stupid enough to crash her stream, so she kept playing

It was 11.02 when she decided to log off

"Okay, bye Y/N! Hope we can play again soon!"
-Rae said

"I hope so too!"

"Okay, guys thats all for today! Thank you so much for joining me tonight!"
-Said the female YouTuber to her audience before ending her stream.

She took off her headset got off from her chair and sat in front of the mirror she had in her room. She began to take off her makeup when someone opened the door, it was Dave, her boyfriend.

"What did I tell you?"
-he said in a stern voice

"And what did I tell YOU? "
-She replied

"If this happens again..."

"What will happen? You will throw ME out of MY apartment that I pay for with MY money from MY job?"

Dave stood silent, the room was filled with tension, and a staredown was happening, this wasn't the first time that Dave tried to control Y/N, nor was it going to be the last. Y/N had a stable career as an influencer and Dave hated that. He didn't want anyone to look at his property, but Y/N wasn't doing anything sexual or inappropriate, she had a family-friendly channel on YouTube with 7 million subscribers who all tuned in to see her play Minecraft, The Sims 4, Among us and more!

Dave on the other hand was unemployed for over 3 months, not wanting to find a job. He usually spent his days at home watching TV and at night he would go out and drink with friends.

Y/N had wanted to break up with him for a month and was planning to let him live with her If he found a job and pay her rent. But she didn't know how he would react so she just waited for the right moment.

Y/N took a shower, brushed her teeth, and got into bed. She then received a friend request from Corpse. She accepted it and he messaged her

Corpse: Hey! I'm sorry I blamed you last round

You: Hey! And it's okay, it's just a game after all :D

Corpse: Yea, so where are you from?

You: I'm from Arizona, but I live in San Diego California, how about you?

Corpse: I'm from here too!

You: That's awesome! Maybe we can hang out sometimes?

Corpse: Yes that sounds good!

Corpse and Y/N talked for hours over text and decided they would face time tomorrow.

After setting her phone down on her nightstand she began to feel sleepy. It was 4am and she got tired hours ago, but she wanted to talk with Corpse, so she stayed awake. And now, so close to sleep, she did not regret a thing.
