Chapter 7

Nick

I'm in first period when the door to the classroom opens, revealing a guilty looking Liam.

The teacher sent him a disappointed look in Liams direction. Liam slowly made his way to his desk that was right in front of me. When he sat down, his scent amazing swiftly invading my nose. Flashbacks of the that night flew through my head and I immediately missed his sweet soft lips.

I must have been drowned in my thoughts, because the bell signaling the end of class, rang through the school. Liam quickly grabbed his stuff and headed out the door.

After I gathered my things, I headed to run after him when a hand grabbed my wrist. I looked down to see a blond girl only a few inches shorter then me. I remembered her as Venessa. The girl that won't leave me alone.

"Hey babe, I was wondering if you would like to grab something to eat at lunch." She says, biting her lip with a wink. I shudder in disgust at her attempt at seduction.

I just bush her off knowing there is no use in waisting my time trying to tell her to fuck off.

When I turned around to walk off, I jumped in surprise when I see Venessa suddenly in front of me. Damn that girl is fast.

I sigh in irritation, rubbing my temples when she suddenly speaks, "I will not be ignored, Nick," she states, a scowl upon her face. Her face turns back to her normal flirty smile, as her hand lands on my four-arm, "So, what do you say? Meet me at lunch, near the restrooms." She says, before pecking my cheek and walking off.

I pull the sleeve of my jacket over my hand to wipe off the the lip gloss on my cheek. I stoped my movements to wipe the gloss, when I spot Liam down the corridor, talking to Josh.

I start making my way towards them, fist clenched and jaws locked. Anger filling my blood, as I see Josh move a strand of stray hair out of Liams face, and seeing Liam blush from his actions, just riled me up more.

I stop next to them and clear my throat. Both pairs of eyes dart to me, Josh eyes suddenly darken at the sight of me. I could tell he didn't like me very much. But don't worry honey, the feelings mutual.

"Hi, I'm just gonna take him," I said, pointing at Liam briefly, before I grab his wrist and pull him down the hall. Anger and annoyance still very much present.

Hey, sorry I haven't posted much. I've been a little busy and I forgot to mention I am a big procrastinator. 😂

I don't have a certain amount of time, so I normally just work on it when I want to. There will be times where I set up a deadline for myself  just to get it done and test myself so yea.
