clingy

mattia had been in work all week. he works early in the morning till late at night so y/n doesn't really get to see him and when she does he's always got his friends over. (not that, that's a bad thing.)

it was 6pm and mattia was able to get off of his shift early.

y/n thought that today would be good because she'd get to spend the evening with him but that was not the case.

mattia has his friends over in their shared bedroom playing on the xbox.

y/n was sat down in the living room on a sofa, board.

it was 8pm and she'd been watching tv for a while so she decided to go see mattia.

she walked into the bedroom and saw them all either on the bed or floor playing on the xbox.

mattia was yelling as usual and alejandro was laughing and so was kairi.

"hey, babe." y/n smiled as she made her way over to sit next to mattia but as soon as she sat down he got up and moved to go and sit next to roshaun.

y/n felt a pang of heart ache as she looked over at mattia.

she felt tears make their way to her eyes and she knew that'd she had to get out of that room.

so, y/n stood up and left the room and walked downstairs back to the living room.

it'd been around half a hour and
y/n realized she had left her phone in the bedroom so she got up and headed to the room but before she could go any further she stopped at what she heard.

"she's so clingy, bro," mattia huffs. "i think i might end things with her."

that was the final straw for y/n. tears gushed down her cheeks as she walked back down the stairs.

after a while, y/n wiped away the tears and laid down on the sofa and soon fell asleep.

the boys had finally left and mattia was walking down the stairs to get a glass of water when he saw y/n laying down, asleep.

his heart shattered once he saw her tear stained cheek.

she heard

he though and then sighed before walking over to her and opening the blanket.

he got inside and wrapped his arms around her waist.

y/n opened her eyes and looked up then suddenly tears rushed back to her eyes and poured out of her eyes.

"i-is it true?" she stutters. "a-are you r-really going to end things with m-me?" she asks.

mattia stays silent looking into her eyes.

he didn't stay silent because he was thinking about wether he still wants to— in fact he was staying quite from looking at her beautiful face.

mattia had no idea why he said such a thing.

"p-please don't, mattia," she shakes her head and sobs in his chest. "i-i love you s-so much... i pr-promise not to be clingy."

y/n coughs a little and mattia shakes his head as he feels tears sting his eyes.

"no, baby, no," he chokes on the lump of teas in his throat. "i have no idea why i said what i said. i'd never break up with you. i'm too in love with you to do such a thing. for gods sake i want to marry you.."

y/n slowly nods and wipes her nose.

"i-i love you too."

mattia smiles and places a kiss on the top of her head and hugs her tight.

this ones a bit longer. also i've changed my writing style up a bit as you can see :)
i also may delete this chapter because i'm not really happy with it and i do not like how it turned out but we'll see 🤷‍♀️
