(Timothy, Hyde's boyfriend. (Also nicknamed Timmy, or just Tim.)
His outfit is a basic t-shirt, sometimes music/band themed, and all with a Pokémon design on it somewhere. He wears the exact jacket in the picture over the random shirt.
He wears dark blue (sometimes black or grey) knee length shorts, and a pair of hiking boots that are black with the (pinkish red color of his jacket) as the accents.
He is training as a Water and Grass-type specialist for Coordinator Contests and for the Gym Circuit. He has a passion for both.

Tim has also been a trainer for two years already, has completed the Gym Circuit once, but was a failed contestant at the league championships.
He has been dating Hyde (mostly long distance) on and off again (mainly because of the distance issue) for about three years.
They have an understanding, (a way of promising marriage) they plan to marry once their careers and dreams are where they want them to be, if not— then when they reach the age of thirty—whatever comes first.
His sister Alyssa (Lassie) travels with them.)

Onwards!

It was the day we were leaving for Viridian City when the giant bird attacked.

Well, as it turned out to be a test, maybe I shouldn't have said it like that, because if she really had wanted me dead then she could have easily killed me at that time.

As a new trainer the most terrifying Pokémon I've come across on Route 1 was a wild, and very angry, mating pair of Pidgeotto, which I promptly ran the other way from.
I didn't need to get in the way of them doing the nasty, and attacking me for interrupting.

The only other incident was a nice-sized  group of Bellsprout, Weepinbell and a few Victreebel which I and my team stumbled across when we were hunting.
They wouldn't let us leave, using Vines and Razor Leaf to try and herd us towards them. Using the first Emergency Secret Code, I blew my whistle once, then called out " K.O.! Kill-strike if needed!" And we defended and attacked.

I had never seen so many Vine Whip attacks at once, and I hadn't even known that a move where vines erupted from the ground and tried to strangle you existed.
A few dead Pokemon later and I had to use up my stock of antidotes and potions to take care of my team.

My team were barely strong enough against that many, and I had just started training Orochimaru at that time. I had to use my own physical attacks, kicking the living plant species across the face when they got too close.
It wasn't that we were weak, but that there were so many of them. Around forty in total. That was a lot of the little grass type evolution line.

I used a knife a few times and repeatedly stabbed the damn things in a special spot on their yellow heads, which was right under their mouths. And it took way more than one knife thrust to kill a Pokémon, especially when I was trying to kill a grass type with the move Absorb. Luckily, humans weren't as effected by energy moves as other Pokémon, or else I would be long dead.
