Us together???

Chapter 1

Roomie's POV:

I don't know why my parents asked me to come to the main hall saying they wanted to tell me something about the company which is a bit serious. It is because they never let me get involved in the company matters. They permitted me to do whatever I like. I know I have amazing parents.

I just returned from the café. I took a quick shower. Later on, I headed downstairs towards the main hall. I see my parents sitting on the couch. I sat on the couch which was in front of them. They had a different look on their faces, which made me nervous.

"So, you wanted to talk about something about the company and stuff??" I asked. My dad was about to say but mom cut him off and said" Before your dad starts talking about the situation, I just want to say that no matter what happens we both love you." Those words from Mom made me more curious about the matter.

"Mom. Dad, if you guys want to share something please be free to share it and mom you don't have to say that because I know you both love and care about me the most. So, break the ice because that is making me uncomfortable" I said maintaining eye contact with both of them.

Finally! Dad started the conversation" Roomie, will you marry a guy just for the sake of our partnership with a company???" mom cut him off again and said," and I am against it." "do you think I like this idea!" dad was a bit annoyed.

"do you know both of the industries are losing their names? So, both of us decided to merge the industries. Their son accepted the contact of getting married, now it's up to you. And the future of our company lies in your hands." And who am I supposed to marry??" I asked him "The son of Mr. Dawn, who is the CEO of the DAWN industries"

WAIT...OH NO NOT HIM!!!!!!

Seeing the expression on my face. He says "I am sorry. I know you both hate each other but this may be a chance for you both to be good to each other like the days when you both used to hang out with each other. And if you don't want this it will be fine. We will cancel the contract."

I don't know what just happened. It feels as if my brain stopped functioning. I felt someone grabbing my hand. I looked at the owner of the hand. It was my mom, I smiled at her. Before returning to my room I asked my parents" Can I answer tomorrow I need some time to think..." my mom just nodded and said "Sure."

I went inside my room, I closed the door and pressed my back against it, I closed my eyes. I see that jerks face. Once didn't even want to hear his name and now I am supposed to marry him!!! I started walking towards my bed and just threw myself on it, my eyes were focused on the ceiling and the only thought which was running around my head was "should I think about my family or think about myself."
