As we pull up outside the club, I sigh. Of all the places I've avoided in my time, I've been forced into two of them in the last two days.

"Aw," Hank says. "Feels like somebody's playing with a drill inside my skull." He looks up at the building. "You sure this is the place?" Connor nods.

"It's the address in the report," he replies. We climb out of the car, and I scowl at the gorgeous building in front of us.

"Right," Hanks says. "Okay. Let's get going." He sighs. "Jesus." He looks at the motto, printed on the wall. "Sexiest androids in town. Now I know why you insisted on coming here! Oh, boy..." I roll my eyes.

"I still don't see why I couldn't drive," I say. Hank looks back at me.

"Because you're still a criminal," he says. I sigh.

"That may be, but you can't accuse me of being a bad driver." We make our way into the building, and I stop and stare at an android at the end of the hall. She looks familiar. My eyes widen as I realize where I know this model from.

"Connor! Arna!" Hank calls. "The fuck are you doin'?" I look over at him, then back at Connor. I hadn't even realized he had stopped as well and was looking at the android. I frown.

"Coming, Lieutenant," Connor says. I walk away, still in awe of the memory of a certain android I haven't thought about in years. I only met her once, but her personality was pretty memorable. I follow Connor and Hank as they make their way to Ben, who's talking to the club manager.

"You're not gonna take my license, are you?" the manager asks. I roll my eyes. "I mean, ha, I had nothing to do with this!"

"The investigation's ongoing, sir," Ben says. "I can't tell you anything for the moment." He looks up as we walk over. "Hey, Hank!"

"Hey, Ben," Hank says. "How's it goin'?" Ben points to a room that says 'Occupied.'

"It's that room there," he goes to walk away but turns back to us. "Oh, uh, by the way...Gavin's in there too." I roll my eyes.

"Oh, great!" I say. "A dead body and an asshole." Ben looks at Hank, lifting an eyebrow, but Hank just shrugs.

"Is she wrong?" he asks. Ben shrugs and walks away as we walk into the room. Reed looks up as we walk in.

"Lieutenant Anderson, the delinquent, and their plastic pet," he says. "The fuck are you three doin' here?"

"We've been assigned all cases involving androids," Connor says professionally. I probably would've just punched him in the nose.

"Oh, yeah?" Reed asks. He looks back at the body on the bed. "Well, you're wasting your time. Just some pervert who, uh, got more action than he could handle." He chuckles, somehow amused by his own disgusting joke. Hank steps forward.

"We'll have a look anyway," he says. "If you don't mind." Reed glances back at Chris but nods.

"Come on, let's go," he says. He pauses as he walks past Hank. "It's uh...starting to stink of booze in here." He walks out, hitting Connor with his shoulder as he does. I start to go after him, but Connor grabs my arm, shaking his head. Chris sighs as he walks past us. Much nicer about it than Reed, might I add.

"Night, Lieutenant," he says. Hank nods to him, then turns back to the room. Connor walks over to the body, and I follow. He kneels to analyze the body. I just look for clues. I note the bruising surrounding the man's neck.

"He didn't die of a heart attack," Connor says. I shake my head.

"No, he was strangled." I look back at Hank as he nods.
