Okuyasu Nijimura pt. 2

"Like a date?" You asked with a smile, giving him a cheeky look.

He blushed and fumbled with his words, finally saying "U-Um if that's w-what you want it t-to be!"

You giggled and shook your head, pecking his cheek.

"I'd love to. Does tomorrow at noon sound good?"

"U-Um.. yeah.."

"Great, I'll see you then!"

You gave him another kiss on his cheek and waved, walking off with a smile. Okuyasu stood there in a sort of trance, his fingers tracing over where you'd previously kissed him.

Josuke then ran up to him from his hiding spot and pat his back.

"You did it bro, you got a date!"

"Yeah.."

The pair walked off and found Koichi, of course with Yukako, waiting for them. After some small talk they all headed off, everyone congratulating Okuyasu before going home.

You basically slept as soon as you got home and ate dinner, and didn't wake up until the next morning - except having to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

But other than that fact, you got a shower and were excited for what the day would bring.

You made and ate a bowl of cereal for breakfast, gulping it down like it was nothing.

You then spent the next few hours watching tv until you realized it was almost noon, jumping up and running to your room to pick out clothes and what not.

You decided on wearing your swimsuit with a simple coverup over it.

After putting that on, you put on some deodorant and perfume/cologne to make sure you'd smell nice, even if the water would wash it off.

You quickly did your hair and put on some chapstick, and when you finished there was a knock on your door.

"Coming!"

You yelled, grabbing any other necessities before going to the entry way to put your sandals on. You then opened the door to see a cute Okuyasu standing there.

He was wearing a white t-shirt and black swim trunks, with some f/c sandals. You noticed the sleeves were rolled up so they were shorter, showing off his muscular arms.

You blushed slightly but shook it off, smiling at him.

"You look great, Oku-kun!"

"Thanks n/n, y-you look amazing.." He said, looking down for a moment.

You just giggled and walked outside, turning to close and lock the door since your parents weren't home. Turning back to him, he took your arm in his and led you to his motorcycle.

You were internally panicking though because you've never been on one before, even if you thought they're cool as hell.

Okuyasu seemed to notice and cupped your face gently, making you look at him.

"It'll be okay, I promise. Just hold on to me alright? I won't let anything happen to you."

He said, rubbing your cheek slightly. You leaned into his touch and nodded, a sigh escaping your lips.

"Okay.. I trust you, Okuyasu.."

He smiled and stepped back, grabbing his helmet and putting it on your head. He went on about how you need it more than he does, and it made you feel a little better.

Okuyasu then helped you onto the bike and, once you were situated, hopped on in front of you.

As soon as he revved it up your arms were snug around his waist, your face hidden in his back. Okuyasu smiled feeling you cling to his body, getting giddy inside as you both rode off to the beach for some fun.

___a few hours later___

You were so tired, you've never had that much fun at the beach before. All you and Okuyasu did was swim and chase each other around, but man was it a workout.

Currently you were sitting down watching Okuyasu mess around with a crab, him soon running to you as it attacked him.

You giggled and pat the ground next to you, his pout turning to a smile as he obliged.

As he sat down you both just chilled in a comfortable silence, the soft sounds from the ocean making you calm.

You glanced over at Okuyasu, seeing him relaxing and not looking as stressed as usual.

It made you feel proud that you could see him like this, maybe even being the cause of it. But you were knocked out of your little triumph as you noticed him looking back at you.

Okuyasu had a smile gracing his rough features, his eyes gazing at you in a loving manner. You gazed back at him, your face warming up.

Your eyes then widened, as you felt his lips on yours and his hands cupping your face. His eyes were closed when you glanced at him, and you decided to give in as you kissed back.

The moment felt like forever until you had to pull away for air. You touched your forehead to his, trying to catch your breath as you kept eye contact with him.

Okuyasu smiled softly at you and glanced away, noticing the sun starting to go down. He stood and helped you up, leading you back to his motorcycle.

"Damn, that was really fun. Thank you for today y/n, it means the world to me."

Your face flushed at his sincere words and you couldn't help but smile softly.

"You're welcome Oku-kun, today was fun for me as well."

He smiled at you lovingly and helped you onto the bike once more, returning to your home. The ride was mostly silent, other than the hum of the motorcycle and wind passing by.

When you finally got back, you were half asleep nestled up against Okuyasu but awoke when you felt the motorcycle stop.

You yawned and stretched, popping your joints before getting off the bike. Okuyasu got off too, and led you to the doorstep.

You turned to look at him, neither of you wanting the day to end just yet. He ruffled your hair softly and sighed, giving you puppy eyes.

"Could we do this again sometime..?" He asked in a quiet, nervous voice.

"So unlike him.."

You thought, but shook your thoughts away.

"How about all the time? If, you'd allow me to be yours of course.." You asked, your sliver of confidence going away as fast as it came.

When you looked back at him, you saw the happiest expression on his face with small tears brimming his eyes.

"I'd love that!" Okuyasu yelled, picking you up and spinning you around.

Both of you were laughing joyously and when he put you down, you stayed in an embrace for like 5 minutes before he pulled away.

He scratched the back of his neck, watching you open the door.

"Hey, I'll see you tomorrow?"

You asked, turning to face him. Okuyasu's eyes lit up and he nodded vigorously.

"I'll pick you up here around noon again, and maybe we can have dinner at Tonio's?"

You smiled and nodded.

"It's a date. I'll see you tomorrow, lover boy."

You blew him a kiss and waved, walking inside.

Okuyasu watched lovestruck until the door closed. When it did he jumped up, yelling "Yes!" before getting on his motorcycle and returning home, excited for what tomorrow would bring.
