It was dark in your bedroom, except for the strands of led lights you had up. Your television was off, the only sound being your fans.
You were cuddled up against your boyfriend, Giorno. One of his arms around your waist, the other rested behind his head.
You were laying on his side, using his chest as a pillow.
Giorno's hand caressed your hip softly, making you hum. You moved to straddle him giggling, but he exhaled slightly and your eyes widened, taking it in a bad way.
You immediately got off of him, glancing between the floor and to Giorno's concerned face. He sat up, his eyebrows furrowed slightly.
"Il mio amore, what's wrong?"
He asked, cupping your cheek softly. You slightly leaned into his touch, looking down in disgust.
It took a few seconds but you finally responded, telling him plain and simple that you think you're fat.
Giorno gasped and quickly wrapped his arms around you in a loving hug, burying his face in your neck.
"No you're not, y/n. Your body is beautiful, even if you don't think so. I love you so, so much."
You whispered back a shaky "I love you too, Giorno." hugging him back, clinging like he'd disappear if you let go.
Giorno rubbed soothing circles on your back, his other hand playing with your soft h/c hair.
After a few minutes, you pulled away to look at him. You sighed and looked away, deciding to apologize.
"I'm sorry I made a scene.. I know I'm not as obese as I think I am but, since my thighs are kind of thick they squeezed your waist a little.. I-It set me off you know..?" You said to him, cheeks warm from embarrassment.
Giorno just smiled and tucked a stray hair behind your ear, afterwards cupping your cheek.
"I'd never be mad at you il mio amore, don't apologize for something so simple. It's okay, I promise."
You smiled and nodded, placing a kiss on his cheek. He chuckled and pecked your nose, afterwards placing a tender kiss on your lips.
You of course kissed him back. Giorno's hands cupped your cheeks before he pulled away, touching his forehead to yours.
"I love you, y/n. Please never forget that." He said, gazing into your e/c orbs.
Your face flushed at his loving words you and nodded, saying "I love you too."
You then nuzzled into him as you both settled back down into your bed, Giorno turning to his side and holding you close.
He watched as your eyes closed and you fell asleep on him, placing a kiss on your temple.
"Buonanotte, amore mio."
