Bloo:
-When he gets loads of homework, he'll pay little to no attention to you bus
-Obviously, you don't like that, so you'll poke his cheek or make noises to get his attention
-He'll just stare at you like 😤
-And he'll go "Honey just let me finish my work please???"
-You end up pouting so he just grabs you and sits you on his lap

Fleur:
-It's pretty rare to see Fleur busy
-But it does happen
-And you hate it when it does
-He'll be very quiet and he'll mutter different questions or answers, not even paying attention to you one bit
-If you do manage to catch his attention a little though, he'll pat your head a few times and gives you head scratchies
-If that's still not enough, you'll just pout and he'd be like "This just won't do, hm? My darling needs all of my attention now, doesn't she?"
-And you'll be like "MhMhmHmMHmHm"
-And it ends off in him just making out with you I guess
