Steady breaths and a cautious eye, everything caving into darkness as she counted down up to a hundred. The female's shadow was the only companion she had within the circle of the faint spotlight following her around.

" Ninety-five"  Standing in the middle of nowhere, nothing but pitch black. Turning to look left and right, building up the courage, and moved forward into the unknown.

"Hello..?" She asked in a low shaky tone, only for it to just echo back.

" Ninety-six " There she heard the faint sound of roaring engines —soft honking of a passing-by car. Startled at the otherworldly manner of the vehicle, it must be a busy street.

" Ninety-seven" The smell of smoke and freshly baked bread contrasting each other. An odd mix but was a very interesting thing to experience.

" Ninety-eight " There she saw a plaid of stairs, furrowing her eyebrows together & examined the railings with her fingertips. Nervous and anxious if she should go but seeing a light on the top made her think that this was the way out, proceeding to take a step up as the plank made a creaky sound. The light on the top of the staircase getting brighter with each step she took.

The sounds — The smell getting more evident and noticeable. Finally standing at the doorframe into the exit. Taking her hands up to her face in order to shield her from the blinding light — Pushing through the entrance and stumbled down; falling flat on her stomach.

" Ninety-nine "  Fluttering her eyelashes as she sat up — dusting herself and wiped her face. Her blurry vision finally clearing up, looking down at her feet. There she was, wearing the black dress she had scripted.

A gasp escaped her lips as soon as she stood up — the girl rushed forward while rubbing her eyes to get a clear vision. Smiling proudly, she was only there to experience the fun she saw within the stories of the books she had read in their library.

"Y/N!" Her name repeatedly getting called from behind, she didn't remember scripting someone to know nor follow her. She never wanted to associate herself with people; witty but she only wanted to explore the culture, the flow, and things within the world of the mistreated and degraded form of people in the wizarding world; She always wanted to see if the hoaxes were true or were it to be the complete opposite.

Turning around to face the person calling her name. Pushing past the tall humans around her to get closer to the sound of the voice. Once she had stepped on her heels to try and search for the source. Squinting her eyes as she saw an oddly figure: her mother.

 Her what?!

She gasped and fell into a trance; darkness once more caving in. Before she could hit the floor her body jolted up. Sitting up straight, cold sweat dripping on her forehead. "Y/N, Goodness you're awake." Swiping off the sweat off her daughter's forehead with the back of her hand. "I kept waking you up. You were in deep sleep — It's past lunchtime." Eudora smiled and walked out of her room.

"OH COME ON!" She buried her head with her pillows letting out a muffled scream. "Why! Would! You! Wake! Me! Up!" Slamming the pillow down her bed with every word she stated. "After months, I was finally there! So close-" Hands turning into fists and started throwing punches in the air.
