Izuku finally arrived back home after the long and bizarre day that he encountered. The teen gently halted in front of his department that he still currently lives, now on his own. As he stopped in front of his door, lowering his left hand to reach his pockets for the keys...

A peculiar sound of a phone began to resonate from Izuku's pocket. Vibrating in a few seconds, stopping, and repeating the same action. Bemused by the sudden call that he started to receive, he wasted no time and quickly grabbed his phone. Peeping through the screen to see that Masaru was the one calling for him. Letting a small, but gentle smile escape, Izuku then accepts the call. Wavering his finger to slide the green icon upward to start the conversation. Masaru on the other side began to speak.

Masaru Bakugou

"Hey Izuku, happy birthday kiddo!"

Masaru said in a jovial tone for an adult. It's a bit amusing for a calm person like him can express himself like an excited kid. Izuku couldn't help himself and began to chuckle a little before responding.

Izuku Midoriya

"Hey Uncle Masaru, thanks for the birthday thing. How have you and Mitsuki been? I'm sorry that I haven't been able to talk to you guys after the passing."

The mood slowly began to drop, mentioning his mother was still hard for Izuku to stay strong. So, Masaru decided to lighten up the mood. From his side, he was found at his house, sitting on the green couch of the living room. Mitsuki is in the kitchen, preparing dinner for the family as to secretly bake a marble cake for Izuku. Katsuki on the other hand had arrived and entered the house. As he enters the living room, he saw his father on the phone, talking to someone. Curious to know the person behind it, he carefully slipped his way over to the couch and sat away from a good distance, just enough to hear the conversation. Masaru spoke.

Masaru Bakugou

"Anyways... Izuku, are you heading over today to celebrate?"

Katsuki was a bit confused for his father to ask that question. A bit shocked to know that he was talking to Izuku. The explosive teenager was about to respond, mentioning the text that Izuku gave him, but he heard the other teen's reply.

Izuku Midoriya

"Sure, although I kinda need to rest a little. I can't attend if I'm not at a hundred percent. So, I'll call you back to let ya know when I'm heading over Uncle Masaru."
