The next day, after the party, Heidi woke up with a tremendous hangover. She never felt anything like that. It wasn't the first time she drank, for sure, but it was the first time she had done it in order to get drunk. Her period was very well regulated... It was never late. Never. She felt a chill down her spine when the two of them did in the car at the ball and knew that morning pills were not an option, since her parents had no idea that she and Eric Cartman had already had sex and she needed their permission to buy them.

But it was always so nice to be with him intimately. He was an idiot, it was true. A complete scoundrel, people said, but she loved him. She just couldn't help but like him... Even after what he caused when Heidi was just a little 10 year old girl... They had been apart for about a year after he practically turned her into a female version of himself, she went back to eating normally and exercising, even conditioned herself to have her kind, sweet personality back. And during that year, Heidi found herself thinking about him.

When they were in 7th grade, they eventually resumed dating, something that the girl's parents never approved after all he caused. She tried to keep much of the second phase of their relationship a secret, but now she was in a situation of no return. How could she hide that she might be pregnant of the boy they hated most in the world? Damn the day she decided to leave the ball early...

Her headache only got worse with the fact that last night's events kept going through her mind, even though they were blurry. She remembered throwing up and feeling slightly less dizzy, leaning against the wall and telling him her suspicion. She remembered her boyfriend going into a state of pure shock. Heidi shook him trying to get him out of that state, but he just turned to the side and threw up on the floor of Token's parents' room. Soon after, before they could start a conversation, they heard a car parking in the grounds and Token's parents screaming like crazy. From what she understood, someone pranked the man, and the fact that his son had thrown a party without permission only made him even angrier. Heidi and Eric left the back of the house and, like all the other young people, were expelled from it.

While he left her at home, he didn't say a word. She chose not to open her mouth too, after all he was drunk and in shock. She didn't want him to crash the car accidentally and she knew he didn't either, because he was driving very slowly, almost as if he didn't put enough pressure on the accelerator. He drop her and left without saying goodbye, with glassy eyes and stiff muscles.

She thought about calling or going to his house, but was afraid her parents would notice or hear something wrong. She took out her phone and sent a message: "Eric... We need to talk, okay? Call me when you can". Heidi sighed, releasing the device before throwing her exhausted body on the bed, looking at the ceiling, feeling like the dumbest girl in the world. "Holy shit..." she heard herself saying, but the tone was completely different from Cartman's.

...

"Cartman... Dude..." the voice seemed to come from deep in his head. Like an echo of a conscience inside Eric's mind, even though many doubted he had one. "CARTMAN!" he blinked, waking up and looking at Kyle in front of him. Stan was behind holding his guitar, Kenny had his drumsticks in his hands and the two looked confused. He didn't even remember that they had scheduled a band rehearsal, but apparently they did, since they were there with their instruments and their own fingers were on the keyboard. How long had he been off? "Dude, pay attention! You're playing all wrong!"
