Unsaid Emily (Julie And The Phantoms)

"Ꭹᝪᑌ ᗩᖇᗴ ᔑᝪ ᗞᗴᗩᗞ."

An annoying voice filled the air.

And that voice was from Emily's brother, Reggie.

"Em? Wake up! Wake up!" He shouted, jumping on her bed.

She groaned, kicking her leg out. Reggie grunted as he tumbled off the bed.

Emily gigged. "Never wake me up again."

"It's time for school." He stumbled to his feet. "And that really hurt."

She threw her pillow at him. "Get out so I can change, dork."

"Nerd." He retorted, running out of her room.

She sighed, forcing herself to get up. She began to yank her pajamas off and threw them in her dirty clothes pile. She wiggled into her jeans and then yanked on a blue shirt. She pulled on a flannel shirt over that, one she stole from Reggie.

She brushed out the rats in her hair, quickly putting it in a braid.

She rushed downstairs, grinning at her parents who were actually not fighting.

"Good morning, Emily." Joanna smiled at her baby girl.

"Good morning." She pecked her mom's cheek and hugged her dad. "I have to go. Bye, mommy, daddy."

Christopher waved at her. "Good bye, ladybug."

Right as she shut the door, the yelling began. Emily frowned.

She shook her head and got in the passenger seat of Reggie's car, not freaking out about him driving which made Reggie worried.

He kept glancing over at her, but she kept her gaze outside.

Emily went to her first class which happens to be Ms. Goodwin's first class.

She placed her head in her hand, gazing over at Jamie. He was so perfect with his blonde wavy hair and beautiful blue eyes. And totally kissable lips.

Luke raised his brows as he watched Emily look at Jamie Carver. Seriously? Jamie, the football player douche.

Finally the bell rang, and Luke made his way to Emily as she packed her stuff. Everyone made their way out of the classroom.

"Really?" Luke asked as he sat by her.

"What?" Emily gave him a confused look.

"Jamie Carver, seriously? He's a d*ck." Luke scrunched up his face in disgust.

"He is not." Emily defended. "And why do you care?"

"I don't." He shrugged.

She grabbed her bag. "Besides he will never even notice me. I'm not as pretty as your ex Jill and her sidekick Carly."

She stormed out of the classroom with Luke watching her go. He smirked as he got an idea.

Luke plopped down beside Emily at lunch.

She groaned. "Dude, are you stalking me?"

"No." He grinned. "Look, Jamie is stupid for not noticing you. You are the most prettiest girl in this school."

Emily blushed, surprised by him since Luke was a total lady's man. No one has ever told her that, except for Reggie but he doesn't count.

"And if you really want help with Jamie even though you deserve better. I have an idea." Luke continued with his mouthfull of food.
