The autumn chill of October swiped over Katsuki's face as he sat on the steps of the silent park. Unlike his days as a kid where everyone seemed to come and play during the weekends and sometimes after school, rarely anyone came over. Especially during the October month. Children seemed to be frightened of it due to some myth that's been floating around for the last nine years. It was annoying to Katsuki how naive children were and how most parents went along with it. A myth is a myth, it isn't real!
Katsuki closes his eyes as he reminisces on the day when the gruesome stories were coming to the surface by blabbermouth kids in elementary.

"Oi Bakugou? Have you heard about those murders?"
Katsuki looks over at the girl with tangled brown hair. He glares at her spitefully, not wanting to be bothered by anyone anymore. "What are you on about?" The girl giggles and smiles in triumph as if she accomplished something great. "My mommy and daddy have been watching the news and they said that people have been going missing and their bodies have been found at the park near the school!"
"Do you seriously believe everything the news tells you", Katsuki asks.
"It's true!" A boy with blond curls argues. "It's been going on since last year. And the strange thing is it only happens during the month of October!"
"They say that he comes out at night to kill people", a girl with black hair with the tips dyed pink announced. "But he kills more people on Halloween night. That's why my mom won't let me trick or treat by myself anymore."
"You guys are lame", Katsuki grumbles. "Get out of my face."
"What's your problem Bakugou? You're always so mean", the other blond boy asks.
The girl from before laughs, "maybe he's just a chicken~."
"I'm not a chicken", Katsuki growls. The little girl smirks and leans into his personal bubble. "Sure you are. I bet you're worried about the Halloween killer getting you if you've been a bad kid. I'm sure he'll get you since you're always so mean to everyone."
"Leave me alone."
"Hey everyone! Katsuki is a chicken! He's afraid of the Halloween killer~! Bock bock bock~! Hahaha!" Out of pure anger, the boy shifts in his chair and kicks his legs out like a kangaroo, sending the brunette girl flying out of her chair and falling onto the floor. Children gasped and turned, others chanting 'fight!' 'fight!' as Katsuki and the girl began to fight. Once the teachers arrived to break it up, Katsuki was already prepared for the big suspension and scolding he'd get.

"Damn brat. I wonder if she went back to the States." Katsuki looks down at his phone. Messages from his friends beeping through like a endless cyclone.
Raccoon eyes: Guys we HAVE to go that Halloween party this weekend! It's gonna be so much fun!
