On with it~
Milo pulls me into the lake, and its deeper than I thought. My entire body goes under into the freezing water. I stay under water for a while and notice something off. Really off. I peep my eyes open a little but before I have time to figure out whats wrong, without thinking, I push my head back up and out of the water. The strange thing is I didn't do that usual dramatic gasp for air.
Weird.
I looked up to meet a smiling Milo. I scrunch my nose and smile then launch myself at him, pushing his head underwater. I held his head under for a bit longer than I meant to, but he got me back, unfazed. He thrusted himself upwards sending me backwards a bit, and a wave of water hit my face. I glared at him and he smirked. I heard chuckling and twisted my head to see Xavior shaking his head and chuckling.
"Wait.. where's-"
Milo's cut off by a huge plunging sound and a giant wave of water hitting us both and sending us backwards. Aaron emerges from the plunging sound and shakes the water off of his head smiling. I look at Milo and a cold glare stares at Aaron. I look back at Aaron.
"You should run-" Before I finish I plunge myself underwater to avoid Milo diving at Aaron. I stay under water and swim to Xavior leaning on the rocks behind him. I pop my head up Beside him and watch Aaron and Milo strangling each other and competing which water waves are bigger. Xavior shifts in the water next to me and chuckles softly shaking his head. I look up at him and he smiles lightly down at me. I smile and look away, playing with my hands under water.
"Do you like it?" He asks suddenly. I look up at him with a questioning look.
"The Place," He motions his hands around to our surroundings. "Do you like the place?"
I smile and look around.
"It's beautiful.." I say. He nods.
"I'm glad you like it." He smiles again and I return it. Our eyes stay locked for awhile.
A shriek rings through the space and Xavior and I turn our heads to see Aaron pinning Milo to the rock wall. Milo's face is bright red and he's glaring at Aaron.
"I win." Aaron says, smirking. Milo makes a smug face and winks stinking out his tongue. Aaron makes a confused/surprised face. Milo smirks and dives at Aaron, shoving him under water. I smile and laugh under by breath. Xavior chuckles and runs his hand through his hair. A shiver goes up my spine, and uneasiness spreads through out my body.
This isn't right. Not right, not right, not right.
My vision and mind get clouded and the sounds of splashing fades and I can't think straight. My head keeps spinning and everything around me is swallowed by black spots developing on my vision.
Not right, not right, not right.
Everything goes black but I remember my thoughts. The uneasiness of everything.
