A/N this chapter is short! It was late, and I wanted to update, so enjoy!
We all sat in a circle on the carpet in the living room. Milo and I happily munched on our pop-tarts and talked with Xavior and Aaron who nibbled on Oreo's. And they had a dog! She was quite large and for some reason kept growling at random spots, but you know. Dogs be dogs. She was very fluffy, and took to both me and Milo quite fast. We played with her and gave her little treats while constantly calling her a good girl. Xavior and Aaron kept laughing at us while we made funny faces at her to make her wag her tail. We all played for quite a bit, before we got bored and decided to turn on the television.
'Breaking news! Teenager goes missing! Bones have been found in the woods but no further proof identifies them as the young teen. Authorities are still reviewing this horrible accident, and details are to follow!....'
Everything in my mind shuts off. My entire body just.. powers down. Milo holds a silent, shaking hand over his mouth and Xavior and Aaron stare at the screen, wide eyed, as the news continue. My body begins shaking uncontrollably. Because of the news and the shadow passing across the hall. It stops by the T.V and stares at it quietly. I swear, I heard it sigh.
It was a tall silhouette. Skinny, and sturdy. It stayed by the T.V before it's head turned to me. I backed away and stared at it as it ran towards me. I jumped to my feet but before I had the chance to run, it was right in front of me. Towering over me. Outlines came into view and I nearly screamed. It was a shadow-y person.
And they were missing their bones.
