Rubbing my eyes as an attempt to wake myself up I could feel a weight going across my stomach and over my left leg. Turning to my left I saw my idiot brother Tadgh sleeping like a starfish sprawled out across my bed.
Javier's light snores could be heard from my right side quickly reminding me of how I dosed off during the movie and apparently so did my brothers.
"Tadgh," I said whilst giving him a light push. In response he waved his hand at me whilst mumbling something completely incomprehensible. "No Tadgh I'm being serious I can barely feel my leg." After waiting for about 30 seconds with no response I decided to just well give him a small push.
Using my whole body weight I shoved Tadgh off my bed which sort of back fired considering that he took my duvet down with him. Landing with a thump Tadgh shot up off the ground. I could hear Javier's chuckling from behind me indicating that he had also woken up. A murderous glare from Tadgh had me behind Javier awaiting my impending doom.
"Oh you little brat you did not just do that." Tadgh stretched out his arm swiping for me which I luckily managed to duck. "Your going to regret that." Before Tadgh could finish his threat I began screaming bloody murder. Ace, Shea and Zayn came running into my room. A look of fear evident on their faces. However this quickly turned into a sense of happiness as they looked upon the unveiling scene which was happening before them.
"You had a sleepover and didn't even think to invite me." Ace said with a pout on his face. This only earned him a swat on the back of the head from Shea and a giggle from me. "I'm sorry Ace but these two twats decided to fall asleep in my bed." Tadgh and Javier shot their heads to me with confusion on their faces. "What the fuck is a twat." Javier spat. Deciding to bring out my smartass attitude I turned to him. "Well first of all Javier language and second of all it means idiot." An unimpressed look came across his face. Ace and Shea however couldn't contain themselves probably at the fact that I had used their famous line against one of them. A small trace of a smile was even evident on Zayn's face. Maybe the monster wasn't so heartless after all.
"I swear everyday you have a new word for idiot," Shea said pinching the bridge of his nose. "It's a talent," I replied a smile making it's way to my face. "Anyways all of you OUT now please I need to get ready." With that everyone left muttering things to themselves and Tadgh trying not to bump into every inanimate object due to his tired state.
"Oh and Eve we've all decided that everyone is going to take a day off so no school for any of you today." Shea called out. A smile made its way across my face. We never actually all spent time together other then the occasional meal but that was it really. This would be my first ever family day well that I could remember.
Quickly getting a shower and drying my hair I got ready for the day. Pulling out my outfit I decided on a pair of mom jeans a baggy t shirt and a black leather jacket. My fashion sense I would say is more outgoing than most girls my age. But I used it as a way to distinguish myself. Instead of being the foster care girl I could be the alt or trendy girl.
