Chapter 5

Clay's POV:
It was the day, the day that I got to see the whole dream team+Y/N! (She is technically considered in it.) I put on a green hoodie, grabbed my car key's and hopped in the car. I drove to the airport to see Nick first! It was 8:51 and he came at 9:15. I sat down at the café and decided to text George.
George

We should be there around 9:45
Seen
Oops lmao srry

Lmfao it's okay we will be there
In 50 minutes or so, get prepared to
meet your girlfriend
George stfu we just
started talking
Have you ever seen her?
no and she also hasn't
seen me

Next thing I knew it was 9:13
Already?!
I got up and ran to Lane C, the one Nick was going to be in. 2 minutes later, I seen a 5'11 man standing across the airport I hit record and ran up to him.
"HI!"
"HI CLAY OMG"
We gave each other a huge hug and then walked into the café.
"So when is your girlfriend coming?"
"Nick shut up omg"
I wheezed, and then we just started talking for 30 minutes until we heard,
LANE A OPENING IN TWO MINUTES.
We quickly ran to the gate waiting for Y/N and George. A couple seconds later stood George, behind him was probably the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. Wow, she is...wow She ran over to me and gave me a big hug, she was really short.
Y/N's POV:
I got out of the plane and there stood, a 6'3 really tall handsome man. I stood in place for a second, and then ran over to give him and Nick a hug. We all exchanged hugs, and decided to go to Clay's house. As we got in the car, Clay BLASTED Mccafferty by beach boy. (Song is above) everybody was literally screaming the song except for George. George was covering his ears, closing his eyes, with his hood up. Everybody was laughing at him. 15 minutes later we got to Clay's house, it was a pretty good sized house. We walked in and Clay stated,
"Oh yeah, there's only 3 rooms.."
I laughed,
"That's okay I'll sleep on the couch"
We all agreed and got settled in. It was around 10:30 AM at this point. Everybody had already eaten, so we decided to watch a movie since it was pretty cold and gloomy outside.
"What movie are we watching?"
Clay asked.
"Let's let Nick pick"
I said
"Why?"
George asked
"I don't know? His name rhymes with pick"
Clay wheezed while Nick was screaming 'YESSS'
Nick decided to pick a scary movie, I was okay with them but I cant super scary stuff. George was already hiding under a blanket closing his eyes.
I sat on the Couch with Clay, George was Lying on the floor, and Nick was on the recliner. Nothing seemed to scary for about 5 minutes, until the intro ended. It showed the title, and then a women in the movie screamed like bloody murder. I've never flinched so bad. I almost fell off the couch onto George, until Clay caught me. We awkwardly laughed it off and kept watching the movie.
The rest of the movie was actually terrifying. I kept flinching, and covering my eyes. George was already asleep in his room by that time. Clay was at least 3 feet apart from me on the couch, ever since what happened. After the movie ended, I was high key TERRIFIED. Everybody went back in their rooms to go sleep, while I was down stairs in the pitch black dark. I literally couldn't sleep like this, being scared every second. I walked up stairs to Clay's room and knocked on the door, hoping I didn't wake him.
He opened the door and said,
"Oh, hey Y/N! Can I help you?"
My face turned red from embarrassment.
"U-uh, I hope I didn't wake you. I got really scared in there, I was wondering if I can sleep on the floor in here?"
He chuckled quietly and then laughed.
"You didn't wake me, and of course! Also, I have a question, why didn't you go in to George's room?"
"He's my brother, do you think he's gonna be nice to me and not scare me?"
Clay let out a small wheeze.
"And what makes you think I won't scare you?"
I stood there and just stared. I stood on my tippy-toes and patted his head.
"It's because you're nice to me"
I smiled.
"Y-yeah you can come in"
I laughed and then walked in with a blanket and pillow. I laid everything down and then got on the floor to sleep. This is when I realized, I might actually like Clay.
