chan and suzie have been through a lot together, and indisputably adore each other. chan was one of suzie's first friends in korea, and was really the first positive older male figure in her life (something he is painfully aware of, and always tries to be worthy of), and no one makes her feel quite as safe and looked after as he does. suzie is always worried about how little sleep he gets, and often pops into his studio to bring him food or coffee or just to say hi. despite how young she is, chan feels like he can learn something from suzie, and he loves her unique view of the world and how she always brings something new to the table. he mentions her so often in his vlives, and has said many times how valuable he finds her input and how lost he'd feel without her. he calls her his 'little sister away from home'. they have supported each other through their darkest moments; they mean so much to each other and it shows.
