Monstrous Afterlife -Yandere!Monster x Reader

Hello, everyone.

I'm posting again to ask a request of you all and it's ok if you don't want to do it, I don't mind.

I want to ask you loyal readers of mine to also check out my other story Snowy's Marvelous Journeys, it's a JoJo rewrite but you don't need to know any JoJo to be able to read the thing.

I worked very hard on it and I'd really appreciate it if you guys would give it a look and tell me what you think of it.

Now I will warn you all.

That story does contain incredibly dark themes like I'm talking murder, suicide, molestation, domestic abuse, homophobia, slavery but I did try to keep these themes small and in the background as like a sort of "Hey, this is part of the characters backstory" or "Hey, this is a problem that the character has to go through" instead of "Hey! Look at this thing! Doesn't it make you uncomfortable?!"

It's ok if you don't want to check it out and I'm sorry as well because that story is more than likely what I'm going to be focusing on for quite some time.

For those of you  who are only fans of this story though, don't worry because I'm not going to leave you high and dry. I'm going to leave you with some stuff for the monsters.

Try and guess what types of monsters are present here! I'd love to see you guys trying to guess what types of horrors you'll have to face whenever I get around to rewriting this stuff!

Also tell me the one that you're most looking forward to!

Also as a thank you for continuing to stick around, I also have some information regarding the update and how it will play out.

Basically instead of the same thing of "Gotta survive for a year... Oh hey! Nice monster!! Oh noes!! Monster is suddenly a Yandere!!", I plan for it to be like Lilac is thrusting you into a scenario. A role that you have to fill.

Whether it be acting as a reporter who got lost during a blizzard, a lone survivor of a ship/plane crash, a human slave in a community of monsters, an urban explorer youtuber, or even just a monsters sick wife.

You're gonna have to fill the role of this person and then just make it back to see Lilac without completely assimilating into the new role that the monsters want you to fill for them.

It probably won't also last a year because I felt that's what made things a bit bland, I feel it would be nicer to just have Reader sort of thrown into a scenario that leads to something that you would find in an actual story like this instead of a boring year full of boringness.

Also information about this world...

In the monsters world, monsters are the dominant species of earth rather than humans. They're the ones who take the place of us and although there are animalistic monsters, animals still exist to some extent.

There's a difference between animalistic monster and just an animal.

Humans are still existing here too except we take the place of mythical creatures in this universe, we're seen as the monsters by the actual monsters and sightings of us aren't rare but not uncommon either as many believe that humans aren't real and it's a small majority who know that humans exist or claim that they do.

Some of us live amongst the actual monsters just trying to blend in and hide while others choose to hide themselves out in the wilderness away from the actual monsters.

There are even some structures like colleges and such with signs of human life so it's clear that humans were once the dominant species of earth but something happened that made monsters take over and caused us to become myth's. No one knows what this is though and the time when monsters rose to power became known simply as The Mystical Era.

Monsters are more advanced than us technology wise as well due to being able to fuse magic with technology and make it more useful.

Wizards and Witches are also very uncommon in this world as they're basically just humans with magical powers. People like Lilac could almost be considered as some sort of reality warping god.

Magic still exists in this world though and can be used by just about anyone, it comes about naturally for people like Genie's but for those who aren't so lucky. It takes extensive training and maybe even some sacrifice or serious pain or just simply teaching yourself how to draw runes and spell circles.

Some monsters are even still experiencing trouble from humans as some monsters get kidnapped by humans, others get traumatized by humans, some get hurt by them, and some were even created by them. 

Monsters created by humans like Robot's and Slime's are somewhat looked down upon by other monsters as they find them weird, these monsters a lot of the time will isolate themselves from the rest of society and live somewhat like hermits.

Also one last thing... That is NSFW...

Humans take the place of manga and anime monster boys and girls in this world, we're a fetish in this world for some...
