Description: Allows the user to summon incorporeal chains from their wrists that when they hit something they completely freeze them in place and attach to them until the user willingly breaks them or they go unconscious.
Weaknesses: The user can only summon one chain from each wrist and once the user has frozen something the chain physical tethers them to the it until they break the chain. The user is however the only person capable of touching the chains, anyone else goes right through them.
