Description: Causes the user to be born with green scaly skin and gives them the power to transform to look like anyone they can physically see. They can copy the appearance and can use the quirk of whoever they use their quirk on.
Weaknesses: They can only look like and use the quirk of one person at a time. It only works if they can see the person and they will be forced to transform back if they don't look at them for 10 seconds. Any effects created by another persons quirk disappears when they turn back.
