Description: Allows the user to increase the volume of their voice up to 10 times its original volume. It also allows the user to force other people to say anything they want as for 5 minutes after the victim either says the users name or mentions them verbally.
Weaknesses: The user can hurt their own ears if they make their voice too loud. They also can only know if someone mentions them through normal means and isn't able to detect when people are talking about them. They are also only capable making people say things in the users voice and not the victims.
