Description: Allows user to either give an area around themselves either good luck or bad luck for as long as they keep it activated or apply the same effect but only to theirselves
Weaknesses: The use of this power causes a negative bounce back of luck after it stops being used, giving the opposite effect. E.G if the user gives themselves 5 minutes of good luck, after the effect ends they will have 10 of bad luck.
