"This is not going well. It's so unfair. This is the first time that I missed one plate because I didn't make it to the deadline. It was just 2 minutes late in delay." Jisoo is still crying. She couldn't get over that her plates weren't accepted for not meeting with the deadline.

She felt bad for it. She almost run from one building to another just to meet the time given but the two minutes delay is her loss of chance. She even argued with Zitao before she left and walked away. Xiaotong and Dilireba saw her crying alone in the staircase so the girls decided to take her on the lawn and asked about what happened.

"This isn't really going well now. That pageant is a distraction to my studies. Now I lost all my focus and I couldn't keep up with everything in academics." Jisoo added.

"Jisoo, I understand your frustrations. I've been there too." Xiaotong comforts her, pulling Jisoo into a hug. "You know I missed three tasks because of my absences too. It's normal and every students encountered it a lot."

"But this one is different Xiao... it's my only chance to have a higher grade, you know I just need it or else... my scholarship will be gone. I couldn't afford to lose it." Jisoo says.

"Jisoo there are still another chance for you to make i up for your grades, you can still give your best and everything on the exam." Dilireba added.

"But I don't know how. I am left behind the topic and I-I don't know where to start."

"I see. You are torn in between the pageant and your academics." Dilireba nods.

"Now I feel like I just want to gave up on the pageant and no more distractions then." Jisoo let out a deeo sigh.

"No! Don't!" Xiaotong refuses.

"But Xiaotong I was focused much with it that I even neglect my studies."

"That's the perk of joining the pageant and studying at the same time. I've been there too, during Middle School. I missed a lot of lessons and I almost failed all of my subjects, but gladly my friend helped me so I was able to pass." Dilireba told her.

"See? I also experience the same thing, and my case is even worse that. I was forced to do a remedial on a semestral break because I haven't made it to the cut off grade, my grades are all in line of 7." Xiaotong recalls.

"Jisoo, you still have the exam, you have the chance to make it but just... don't think of backing out in the pageant." Dilireba added.

"Girl, we're here to help okay? You helped me during those times, and I'll be doing the same thing to you. We have all the vacant to review and study which I'll be doing because I want to help you." Xiaotong says.

"Me too, I am willing too. You've been helping me with my other subjects now let me return the favor." Dilireba says.

"Overnight again? In our place or yours Reba?" Xiaotong suggests.

"It depends, we can have it in Jisoo's if her brothers won't let her do overnight in any of us." Dilireba replies.

"Thank you so much girls. I really don't know what to do without you, O feel so down and---"
