Bryling.... why not.
I think these two were good for each other. I mean, they both have a reason to hate Hivewings because the Hivewings have taken away something that these two really cared about, as far as we know, Grayling gets along better with Bryony than he does with the other Leafwings.
I am pretty happy they got together in book 14 if I'll be honest. Plus, they would definitely have that trope where the girlfriend is overprotective of her boyfriend.
