12.Good Morning!

Netra's PoV

I love this place! I love the people here! This place feels just like home! Just right! I would love to live here for the rest of my life. This place gives me a feeling like family! Back in Khilchi, I felt all alone after Paati's demise. But here I feel like one with everyone around!

Though the people here looks like a mystery to me, I cannot pin point on what they are hiding or what is common between them!

I woke up to my alarm and felt a lot better! I slept with my head pounding! I started getting ready for my first day school. People here walk! Exhausting! But the cool breeze is really very enjoyable. The school is about 20minutes walk away from my home! Or should I say my mom's home! I don't know why I didn't feel the urge to know more about my parents!

I wore a baby pink cotton saree and was about to go out when Sevvanthi akka came in. She always takes me by surprise.

"Good morning Akka!"

"Good morning Netra! Here is your breakfast!" she gave me a hot box.

"Akka! Thank you! But just help me today evening to buy some vessels and groceries. I know cooking akka! I will manage from tomorrow!" I told her.

"For vessels, we have to go down the hill! All other groceries, you will get here! I will go with you down the hill today evening, Netra!" she said.

"Perfect! I will manage my lunch in the hotel near school! Thank you again akka!"

I opened the box to see very hot idlis and Sambar and chutney! My all time favorite of Paati! I started eating savoring every bite of it for it was awesome!

"Super taste akka!" I told her.

"Haha I am glad you like it! But I am just a carrier! Adhiyan cooked it!" she said.

WHAT? HE CAN COOK? LIKE THIS AMAZING? UNBELIEVABLE?!

"He knows cooking?" I asked her with the same astonishment!

"Haha what is so astonishing about that fact, Netra? Every men in our village knows cooking! But not everyone cook like Adhiyan though. He knows every work that takes place in this village! He is an expert cook!" she said.

I thought this village is very isolated! I thought they must be engaging every old practices! I thought there will be male dominance in this village for every man I came across is well built and strong! How wrong am I!? This village has modern thoughts!

"How is he doing akka?"I asked her remembering yesterday's happenings.

"He is fine! Adhiyan has the ability to see visions that has happened or going to happen! In science they call it Precognition , Premonition! It's kinda his psychic ability! So whenever that happens, he will get head aches! He will be fine after a little time!" she said, that completely took me by surprise!

"He can do what?" I asked her again.

"He can see past and future through visions! He helped us a lot with his ability!" she said.

"You are getting late for the school! Will see you in the evening!" she added and left me in trance.

This village and people are so strange! What she told me was a gift! How did people from the world not know about it? He can be used in a very good way that the nation will be benefited! He could be famous over night if media gets to know about his ability! Why is he laying low?

I walked out of the home and found there is no lock for the door! Strange again! How can I go without locking the door?

I saw Adhiyan came running or should I say jogging?! shirtless! Along with some boys and girls! Teenagers to be precise! All the boys naked from above waist! Girls in track suits!

It is 7.30am! School's first bell is at 8.30! In my old school, teachers get to school 30minutes before first bell to do prior works and get ready for the day. So 20minutes of walking and 30minutes prep time, that totally makes 50minutes! Right time!

"Good morning!" I stopped him from running past me.

"Good morning Netra!" he said. Why the hell do I love my name when it rolls out of him!?

"Jogging?" stupid question! I know! He just stares at me in my eyes! I forget everything I know when he does that.

"Does it look like something else?" he asked me with a raised eyebrow!

Embarrassing!

"You guys carry on. I will meet you all at Agathiyar rock! " he sent them away.

"So all the best for your first day!" he told me.

"Um...thank you!" I lowered my gaze as I could not see him in the eye. His brown orbs are just too captivating that I fear I may lose in there if I look at them for a second longer!

"What are you waiting for?"

"um...Lock!" I pointed to the door.

"We dont lock our homes here. It is perfectly safe! We barely have 450houses in this village. We know everyone and we will know if someone new comes in. So no need for locks!" he said stretching his arms.

My concentration went more on his flexing muscles on his arms and abs than what he said. He has a beautiful tattoo on his left upper arm. I just cannot understand that design. But it looks magnificent on him.

"I said you need no locks! You are good to go!" he said again breaking my trance.

Gosh! Why the hell do I always embarrass myself in front of him!?

"um.. Thanks!" I ran off but I heard a very sexy chuckle behind me!

Adhiyan's PoV

The moment she touched me when I had my vision, I felt at ease all of a sudden. My head ache just vanished! I now know whatever the tales we heard about mate and bond were true! Mates are just magic.

I had a very good sleep for the whole night. I woke up at 6am in the morning. This is an hour late to my usual. She is growing on me.

I have many works in the list! I must go through our hills security and make changes where required. The Red Moon is approaching in 2months. I have to make arrangements for the 'Thiruvizha' in our Kolli-Paavai temple. This Red Moon is special this year! It happens every 20years! Our elders have already went in the deepest of woods for our pendant herb! Every 20years, our pendant must be refilled with new herb as the herb already in the pendant dies of with the Power of the Red Moon! We all get our refills in the 'Thiruvizha'!

I went to the gym after my morning works. I gathered all the kids and started my day with jogging. The school starts at 8.30! I leave the kids at 8! You see, 30minutes is more than enough to bathe, eat and run!

My wolf was howling inside me as I get close to her house. I saw her in a beautiful pink saree on her doorstep. She looked just like an angel glided down from heaven. The push inside me wants to mark her and make her mine at this instant.

"Good morning!" she stopped me!

Her scent is irresistible! I couldn't think anything else than to grab her lips in mine and suck her life out! Her cheeks were flushed, may be because of the weather! She never meet my eyes!

"Good morning!" I greeted her back. This is going to be the hardest! We wolves get physical once we find our mate! I have the same urge now! I want to feel her. But I cant! Human ways, remember?!

But she is not helping me either! She is checking me out! Her eyes travel on me making my wolf howl in pride! I try hard to stay put. I diverted her when her eyes stayed more on my tattoo. The tattoo is of my wolf! You cannot figure it out with just a glance but can understand if you look closely at it. I don't want her to get intrigued by my tattoo on the very first day here!

When her cuteness cannot be handled anymore, I made her run for it! If she stayed there one more second, she would have been mine! Her blush was so adorable! I decided to put her parents in the past. I cannot hold her responsible for which she is not.

But I wonder why that visual popped up out of nowhere yesterday! I added investigating my vision to the to-do list! But for now, I think she is all mine to have! I can't wait to break the news to her and mark her!
