Kayde stared at the journal with a blank expression, he didn't know what to think. He was nervous, he had every right to be after reading confidential information, never to be read by anyone, unless you where the library guardian whoever that was. Now Kayde felt involved in something he didn't have to be. Feeling insecure, he decided to conceal himself and hide from there on, feeling he would be hunted by anyone who wanted to know its secret. Regardless if it was his family, he couldn't show a hint, sign or any kind of body language to anybody that gave off the slightest hint that he knew even a little about all this. In this case, he still had the choice to walk away not apart of anything that was written inside the journal, to his thoughts he hoped. He took a deep breath and sighed trying to get his mind onto something else, With a conclusive thought he muttered to himself

"So, where is the key then..?".

Everything in the study was silent as he looked at the key hold in the medallion.

"...Well, where is it now I mean...", still silent in his thoughts then sighed. "I guess i'll never know. Probably best that I don't, better lost or hidden in this case" he muttered emptyish.

He looked at his medallion one last time, and then put it away in his pocket.

"It's fine" he breathed to himself as he got up from his seating position, "I guess it's better off locked inside it, least I have an idea what's inside."

He then thought to himself a little more positive. "No one knows i'm here..." remembering that he was able to walk freely around. He looked at his watch, it was a little early sometime in the morning. "I can still make it home.."

He slowly picked up everything he had and left it as it was when he saw it, ensuring his presence there had never existed, leaving the failure to sneak in as an afterthought. He Unplugged the iPod which was fully charged and still had a healthy battery. Before putting it back he made a quick look before putting it away for good, he pretty much charged it for that purpose, a quick glance of the selection, just out of complete curiosity. In the selection, he viewed the 'artist' list; What appeared were many names of artists from the late 20th century. Names like, Blink-182, Daft Punk, Fall Out Boy and countless others surrounding many genres of the late 90's and early 2000's. "I guess good music is in every generation huh", he said to himself. Although his dad did like music as well, it was conventionally 'oldies' and 'soul', nothing else pretty much except whatever the 70s was, not including the slight taste of r&b and Hip Hop/Rap he had, all of the music Kayde would eventually learn to like. He then set the music player back as he was about to exit the room with his backpack in hand. He gave one last look of the journal, "i'm okay..." he thought, everything was still peaceful in his world. As long as he didn't tell anyone what he did and the confidential information that existed, there wouldn't be a drastic war over it. He then turned back quickly, thinking what he would do to quietly come back home without disturbing casio. Kayde then stopped and froze, from the corner of his eye was a flashlight turning on kayde then froze. He mentally started to panic, it could have been a security guard, it could have been a thief, it could have been anything; if only he was able to look. The only thing that broke his paralyzation was the demand the figure gave.

"Hey you Stop right there!!!" it spoke preparing to fight him.

Kayde Then looked back and shouted back "INTRUDER!!!", preparing to attack and defend himself from whoever the figure was.

The figure then looked startled, as if it was surprised from his appearance.

"What are you scared?" Kayde said, though he was scared out of his mind, he didn't care who it was anymore, he was just ready to defend himself and fight.

His heart was beating so heavy that he felt its pulse shake his whole body.

"This is my Libray man! Let's go!" he shouted back at the figure provoking it to fight, "I'm not afraid!"

The figure leaped a balance breaker towards him, kayde taking the hit fell back having the medallion fall out of his pocket and roll across the library floor. Kayde looked and saw it.

"No!" he shouted, but before he could get up the figure pounced on him pinning him to the floor.

"What are you doing here man" the figure snapped.

"Looking for the truth!" Kayde grunted breaking free and running for the medallion.

He grabbed it as the figure stood there watching. Kayde stopped and looked back, having his guard up.

"The truth huh? And what may that be?" the figure said staggering back up.

Reluctant, kayde held the medallion in the air behind him.

"Now what are you doing here?", he asked dierectly.

The figure stared, then replied, "So you're here for the journal aren't you?" Kayde looked at the figure, he knew right away they were unaware of his actions, unless it saw from a distance and was testing him. Whatever the case, Kayde wasn't taking any chances, he had the opportunity to walk away and never ever come across this figure again. However one thing didn't fit despite the evidence displayed to him. Who was the figure? and was it the library guardian or someone else stealing the Journal for themselves.
