We were back in our normal clothes, following Ben on our bikes. We got to his house and I looked over watching a woman staple something to a pole. I dropped my bike down. I looked over to Eddie watching him struggle to get off his bike. He looked up at me and the bike fell on top of him. I laughed. "Need help?" I asked, lifting the bike off of him and giving him a hand. "Thuh-thanks." He said, looking red. "Careful, your turning into Bill." I smiled. He brushed dirt off his shorts. I then wrapped my arm around his shoulder hurrying us inside with the others.

I took my arm back and walked ahead more with Ben. We followed him to his bedroom. He hurried up the stairs trying to get to his room. I almost lost him. I creaked the door open to reveal a room covered in newspapers, missing posters, book pages, and notes. It was insane. Could barely see his walls.

"Yeah, I heard he has a rollercoaster, a pet chimp, and-" "old guys fucking bones." "Yeah." Richie and Eddie talked over eachother. "Woah woah woah. Wow!" Richie exclaimed. "Cool, huh?" Ben asked. "No, no, nothing cool, nothing cool" Richie denied. I rolled my eyes, walking over towards Ben's direction. "Ignore him." I said to him while walking past to see the posters behind him. He smiled.

"Oh wait, this is cool. Right here. Oh wait, no it's not. It's not cool" Richie pointed. "What's that?" Stan asked. I looked over to what he pointed at. "Oh, that? That's the charter for Derry Township." Ben told Stan. Richie scoffed "Nerd alert" "No, actually it's really interesting. Derry started as a beaver trapping camp." Ben said. "Still is, am I right, peeps?" Richie rose his hand for a high five. Stan shook his head. "Peeps?" I whispered. "Ninety-one people signed the charter that made Derry. But later that winter they all disappeared without a trace." Ben claimed. "The entire camp?" Eddie asked. "There were rumors of Indians, but no sign of an attack. Everybody just thought it was a plague or something." "But it's like, one day everybody just woke up and left. The only clue was a trail of bloody clothe leading to the well house."

"Jesus. We can get Derry on Unsolved Mysteries." Richie said. "Let's do that. You're brilliant." Eddie agreed. "I might be." Richie sarcastically said. "Don't give him that idea, Eds." I shook my head.

"Wuh-wuh-where was the well house?" Bill asked. "I don't know. Somewhere in town I guess." "Why?"

"Nothing." Bill shook his head looking into an empty space. I glanced at him.

"Well, I'm heading to the arcade. Goodbye, good gentlemen." Richie waved before walking out the door, patting Eddie on the back. "Yeah, me and Y/n have to go home now." Stan said following Richie. "Bye Ben." I waved.

I picked up my bike, following Stan. God, today has been the best day I've had in years. I missed them so much.
