"I can't believe our Miley is already in her 6th year at Hogwarts," my mum gushed while we walked to King's Cross. "And Hermione's in her 3rd year." 

"Yes, mum," I sighed. "No need to get emotional." 

"I can't believe she's still dating Sanders," my younger sister, Hermione grumbled, hoping I heard her. I chose to ignore her. 

Ethan Sanders is my boyfriend. He's a Slytherin and he asked me out last year during the winter holidays and I said yes. We've been dating ever since and this whole summer, we exchanged owls. We met during Diagon Alley when we went shopping for school supplies and he was a bit distant but I think it's because we haven't met in person for 2 months.

"If Miley is happy with him, we are too," my mum reminded her. Dad still hadn't gotten used to the idea of me having a boyfriend so thank goodness mum sweet-talked him into the idea.

"We need to hurry! I can't wait to see the boys!" I said, feeling pumped at the thought of reuniting with my best friends. Hermione's frown switched into a smile as she thought of Ron & Harry.

"Are you worried that both our daughters are only friends with boys too or is it just me?" I heard dad ask mum who just laughed. 

"Platform 9 and 3/4," I spoke to Hermione who nodded. We casually walked to it and talked like normal as we made sure no muggles saw what we were about to attempt.

In no time we were in the Wizarding World.

"BOYS!" I called when my eyes landed on my best friends: George & Fred Weasley, Oliver Wood, & Cedric Diggory.

"MILES!" they called back and I ran over to them. They pulled me in for a tight hug and I grinned.

"I missed you," I said, cheekily.

"Don't get emotional or Wood will have you practice quidditch before sunrise," George teased and I violently nodded.

"Guess what?" Oliver said, ignoring George's comment.

"What?" I asked, looking up at him.

I'm the shortest in our friend group- obviously. To be fair, they're taller than average in our age group. 

"I'm quidditch captain!" he said and I jumped up & down with him.

"That's so awesome!" I shrieked.

"I know!" he grinned back.

I stopped jumping because I felt someone tap me on the back.

"Ethan!" I said and my boyfriend pulled me in for a tight hug. I could feel the guys watching us so I didn't kiss him even though I really wanted to.

"Hey, darling," he answered once we pulled apart from our hug.

"We'll leave you two alone," Cedric said winking at me and I notice his girlfriend- Cho Chang- glaring at me. I looked away from her and turned my full attention to Ethan.

"I'll see you soon okay? I gotta go join the boys," he said and kissed me on the mouth before leaving. I was a little disappointed- I wanted to spend more time with him. I quickly put my fake smile on and joined the boys who were laughing at Percy's choice of clothing.
