Chapter 8: Bahamas Day 1

Charli's Pov
I wake up fairly early. Before chase of course. I grab my phone carefully trying not to wake up chase. It's 6:30am. Of course no one is away yet. I'm still on LA time. I play with chases hair and slowly wake him up. He opens his eyes and sits up. "Good-morning" he says with a smile. "Good-morning" I say. He gets off the top of me. "I should get back to my room before anyone notices" he says and I frown. He quickly pecks my lips and sneaks back out of my room. I get out of bed and figured I'd ask what we were doing today. I'm also hungry. I go out of my room and to my surprise no one is awake still. I go into the pantry and grab out some cereal. I eat and clean my dish then I make a Tik Tok. Everyone knows we're in the Bahamas now from everyone else's posts. Surprisingly I get a lot of likes as soon as I post it. Every since I joined Tik Tok I've been growing rapidly more and more everyday. Soon people start coming out of their rooms. First Madi and Chris who seem wide awake now. Then Avani and Anthony. I see a small hickey on Avani's lower neck and I giggle. She looks at me confused and I signal her neck and she turns around back into the room before anyone else noticed. I follow behind her. Everyone else gets something to eat. We go into her on-suit bathroom. "Thank you Charli your a life savor" she says. "I always look out for my friends" I say with a soft smile and she smiles back. "You brought makeup right" I ask her. "Of course" she says. She grabs out her makeup bag and I help her cover it. She thanks me again and then we both laugh. "Gosh boys am I right" she says and I laugh. "Tell me about it" I say before thinking about what just came out of my mouth. "So who you talking to" she asked raising an eyebrow. "Uhh a boy" I say. "You kill me Charli" she says and I laugh. I'm getting closer with avani now. She is one of the nicest people I've ever met. We talk a little before realizing how long we've been in the bathroom. We both walk out of her room and everyone is awake now. They watch as we walk in. "What were you two doing" Madi asked. "Talking" I say and we both look at each-other and laugh. Everyone thinks we're crazy. Avani goes and sits by Anthony on the couch and I sit by chase out of habit. Avani just looks at me and smiles. She's the only one who knows about me talking with a boy... and I'm pretty sure she knows it's chase. I roll my eyes and I interact in the conversations that were happening around the room. "Okay so today is kind of our free day because tomorrow we're going on a boat which means we have to wake up at 4am" Madi says and we all groan. "But we rented it out just for us" Madi says which lightens the mood in the room. "Soo I say today is a certified beach day" Dixie says and everyone immediately stands up. "Sounds good to me" Madi says. We all disperse into our rooms to get our swimsuits on. I search through my suitcase and eventually found this.

It was plain but I felt like wearing it. I go into the bathroom and make sure any possible hickey was either covered or it disappeared. I put my hair up and I put on some sunblock. I hear a light knock at my door so I go to it and open it. Chase is stood there in black swimming shorts. His eyes scan my body. "Yes Chase" I say snapping him out of his thoughts. "I was just seeing if you were ready" He says. "Yep I'm ready" I say acting as normal as possible. I go and grab my towel and walk out of my room. "Ooo Charli look at you" avani says and I compliment her back. Everyone was ready so we walked out of the hotel and went down this really beautiful path to the beach. Chase walked next to me. Our hands kept lightly brushing up against each other but we never fully connected hands due to the fact everyone was here. Soon we made it to the beach and most of the girls laid out their towels and we tanned. Most of the boys were playing volley ball. Soon us girls joined in. It was Avani,Anthony,Chase,Me, and Seb on one side and Chris,Madi,Addison,Dixie, and Nick on the other. It was an intense battle but of course my team won. Dixie is competitive so she was pretty salty. We all just laughed. Now that we were all sweaty we went into the cold ocean. Honestly it felt nice. Everyone mostly messed around with each-other in the water and soon it was around dinner time so we all dried off and headed back to the Suit. "Everyone get changed we're going to dinner!" Madi says and everyone goes off into their rooms. I look in my suitcase and find something nice to put on. I eventually decide on this.

I had time so I quickly went into the bathroom and took a very quick shower. I got out and put on the outfit then I blow dried my hair and left it down. I sat up on the bathroom counter and did my makeup. I hear my bedroom door open and I see chase walk in and towards me. He comes and wraps his arms around my waist. "You look beautiful" he says and I smile. "Thank you" I say. He has a fancy button down and black jeans on. He watches as I finish my makeup still hugging me from behind. I soon finish my makeup so chase helps me off the counter and I put on deodorant and perfume. "Okay I'm ready" I say turning around facing chase. And before I knew it he had his lips on mine. I soon pulled away. "There probably waiting" I say out of breath. He smiles. "Probably" he says kissing my lips once more. I giggle and wipe off my lip stuck on his lips. I fix mine then we leave out of my room and everyone was waiting besides Dixie and Addison. "Are they almost done" I ask. "Yes we are done" Dixie says coming out of their room. Everyone giggles. "I ordered a bus to take us there" Madi says. "Where exactly is there" Addison says. "A fancy restaurant" Madi says and we all laugh. We go downstairs and the bus is here to pick us up. It's like a party bus but different. We get in and I sit next to chase. He rested his arm on my leg which I didn't mind and I don't think anyone noticed. We all just talked and listened to the radio the guy put on. Soon we made it to the restaurant and we thanked the driver. He was picking us up after. We go inside and get a table. I sit next to chase of course. Once we are all settled in chase places his hand on my thigh under the table. I looked at him and rolled my eyes. We ordered our food and just talked the whole time. Once we finished eating there it was around 7pm. Everyone was tired and wanted to go to sleep considering we had to get up at 4am tomorrow. We got back on the bus and everyone made a few Tik Toks. Then we got back to the Suit and everyone just went into their rooms and went straight to bed. I washed my face in my bathroom and I put on some sweats and left my sports bra on. My door opens and closes and I see chase just standing their admiring what I'm wearing. "Hi chase" I say bringing his attention back up to my eyes. He locks the door. "Hey" he says. "Coming for more cuddles?" I ask him. "Hmm maybe" he says. I laugh and lay down in my bed chase lays next to me. He gives me a quick kiss and I cuddle into him. He runs his hand up and down my back and soon I fall asleep.
