Chapter 30: I can go the distance

Melody pov

Looking out the window , I looked at the rain like a blessing. I knew it was a sign that more days like today are soon to come. It was 10:00 PM and my father just arrived in town. I was ready , but I was broken. Every day our relationship become more dangerous .

A relationship full of lust and hate will not work.

He is the father of my baby boy, he will always be the dad. But I can't handle this stress , he has been on a rampage.

Every day It is something new , but that would all end today.  I looked out the black sky and waited , but not before looking at him. He was asleep on the couch , but there was no use.

The bottles of beer all around our home, the broken vase still on the floor , This wasn't healthy. I looked down at my diamond and bit down.

FLASHBACK
"STOP BLAMING HIM!" I yelled at him for the fourth time today.

"WHY IT HIS FAULT!" Aiden looked at me again , pulling my waist close to him. I tried to remove his hands but as we leaned up next to the wall.

"HE ISN'T EVEN BORN! IT IS YOUR MOM WHO KILLED HERSELF AIDEN! OUR BABY HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT! " I looked at him deep in his eyes as his lips curved into a smile. pulling his hand to my face , he clutches my jaw and kisses me . I start to pull away but he bits my lip , causing me to yelp.

"Why do you drive me insane, I love you"He pulls our body together and holds me , kissing me with soft passion.

"You only hurt me " I grab his hand and push it away from my face.

"I am sorry" He explains as he grabs my hand and pulls away.

"You need to change".

"Change take too long Sonneblume".

Flashback

"Aiden wake up".  I was all packed , ready to go . Just needed to meet my dad at his hotel. All my bags were in the car and Nicklaus was in the front seat.

BUT I CAN NOT BE A WIMP ANYMORE!

He stirred and looked at me with the eyes of the devil. Bloodshot red and full of hate.

"I have nothing to talk to you about Melody."He pulled the blankets back to his body but I pulled them right off.

"Well listen then. I am gone , I can not bring up my baby near you .You need help and guess what for once I won't be there. I love you but you have lost me. I can't love some one who hates me ".

I grabbed the ring and put it on his hand. He was looking down crying,  looking as I closed his hands.

"I don't need help, I'm sorry".He pleaded as I shook away my tears.

"I don't have anything to give anymore. If you don't get help aiden , I won't be there with the baby".

"YOU AREN'T TAKING MY SON!" He gave me look full of hate as I wiped away my tears.

"HE IS MY SON TOO. AND IF YOU DON'T FIX YOURSELF I WILL MAKE SURE HE NEVER SEES YOU! I AM NOT THE FUCKED UP ONE HERE AIDEN! YOU ARE THE PROBLEM AND MAYBE YOU WILL SEE THAT! YOU ARE THE FUCKING ISSUE NOT ME AND I WILL STAND WITH YOU ANYMORE". I yelled at him with all force as we stared at eachother.

"I DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOU!"

"WELL YOU LOST ME A LONG TIME AGO! NOW IT IS YOUR JOB TO FIND ME , BUT I WON'T BE WAITING ANYMORE AIDEN!"

"I KNOW I AM CRAZY BUT I NEED YOU! CAN YOU REMEMBER OUR LOVE! "

"I STILL LOVE YOU AIDEN BUT I CAN'T BE WITH YOU RIGHT NOW ! "
