Willow's P.O.VGetting out of the car, I carefully held the box of donuts in one hand and closed the car door with the other.
"Come with me." Billie said, lending her hand which I gladly took.
We slowly walked towards the big colorful arches in the field.
As soon as we reached, Billie sat down, leaning against one of the arches.
"Is there a reason we're here and not just the plain field?" I asked, sitting down facing her and placing the box in between.
"Shit, Bil, you forgot the brownies!" I exclaimed, before she could speak.
"Well, fuck, I'm too lazy to go back." Billie replied with a laugh, adjusting her posture and sitting comfortably.
"But, I've something to show you," She trailed off, grabbing a box which was placed underneath the arch. I hadn't even noticed that before.
"It's stupid and shit I know-" Billie explained but I quickly cut her off, "It's okay, just show me." I smiled, waiting impatiently for her to open it.
As she opened it I saw a pile of items that I had no idea still remained.
"These," Billie said, holding up two paper slips, "are the tickets we had when we went to Sabrina's concert in disguise." She said, laughing at the end.
A smile made its way to my face, as I thought back to that event.
"This picture is of you on your twenty-first." She held up a photo in her hands and I looked down.
"You didn't wanna have a huge ass party or anything." Billie muttered, her eyes glued to the picture.
"And this is a picture of us," Billie said with a huge smile on her face.
"We're cute." I replied, chuckling as I pointed at the photo.
"And finally this photo," She held up the last picture from the small box, "it's the day I realized that I love you." Billie whispered, and I felt myself melt at her words.
"Fuck, now I'm gonna cry." I replied with a huff, looking up, trying not to let the tears roll down.
She laughed at my actions before placing the box on the ground.
I looked ahead at Billie to see her smiling, holding her legs to her chest.
"What?" I asked with a giggle and she nodded her head no.
"I just can't believe this is all real."
"It's been two years, get over it." I replied sarcastically. When I still saw Billie staring at me, I let out a chuckle. "Now, don't go all soft on me."
"Only on you." Billie replied, pointing a finger at me.
-
Billie pulled up outside her house and I continued to have the pieces of brownies.
"That was for later." Billie replied as she soon saw the bag nearly empty.
"If you keep food in front of me, there is no later." I replied, air quotes around 'later'.
She laughed at my response, getting out of the car and opening the door for me.
I sweetly smiled at her gesture.
As I held the last piece in my hand, I gave it to Billie which she quickly took in her mouth.
"Stop taking over Claudia and I!" Finneas screamed from the house as he held the main door open, causing us to laugh.
"We're becoming them aren't we?" Billie asked as we walked towards the house.
"No doubt."
Reaching the doorstep, we were greeted by Finneas with his suffocating hugs.
"Bro chill, I don't have my inhaler right now." Billie said as she got away from his hold, making the both of us laugh.
The three of us stepped into the house and all three, Pepper, Beau and Shark quickly came running towards us.
Beau had been staying over at their place for a while since I had been busy. He seemed to love playing with Pepper and Shark.
I laughed, crouching down to pet them.
"Willow! Billie told us you have some news for us." Patrick spoke, as he walked towards us, Maggie beside him.
"Well," I started off, looking over at Billie to find her smiling profusely, "I'm gonna be walking at the next Paris Fashion Week." I heard Maggie gasp, covering her mouth and Patrick instantly embraced me into a hug.
Billie's family was my second family, and they treated me like their daughter too.
I smiled as I quickly hugged him back. "Will, congrats!" He said, making me smile.
Soon it was Maggie's turn and she seemed even more happier than me, hearing the news.
"Willow, honey I'm so proud of you!" Maggie spoke, squeezing my hand.
"Now can we please go to my room?" Billie asked, in an annoyed tone. I laughed as I saw a blank expression on her face.
"You girls go have fun." Maggie said.
"But not a lot." Finneas added making Billie groan.
"Shut up Fin!" Billie exclaimed as we both walked into her room, closing the door behind.
"Movie?" She asked and I nodded in response.
I sat down on her bed, taking one of the pillows in my arms. I leaned into Billie, as she soon played a movie on Netflix.
She draped her arm around my shoulder and kissed the top of my head, causing me to smile and blush.
She too, smiled when she saw my reaction and proceeded to press play.
"Are we going over to my place or should I stay over?"
"Stay back, fuck never mind, just move in." Billie said with a laugh.
The opening scene soon started playing but we were too caught up in our conversation to pay any attention.
"I wish we could live together." The words slipped out and I looked up at Billie to see her looking back at me, a smile tugging on her lips.
"Then why don't we?"
