Willow's P.O.V

"Billie, wake up." I spoke softly, drowsiness still running through my body.

She let out a soft grunt, before tossing in bed and pulling the blanket over her head.

"We've to get ready." I spoke, letting out a soft sigh. Neither of us enjoyed waking up to catch early flights, unfortunately, those were the only ones available.

"A few more minutes." Billie muttered.

"I'm gonna make us some coffee, just be up by then." She hummed in response.

I stretched, trying to rid off the tiredness as I got up and walked over to the washroom.

After spending the next twenty minutes, I finally got ready and walked out to find Billie sitting up in bed, scrolling through her phone.

"Hi angel." She said, quickly looking up at me. She lazily stretched out her arms and I smiled as I walked into her hug.

We sat there for the next few minutes, in comfortable silence.

"I'll be leaving this Saturday." I spoke, breaking the silence and I heard sigh.

"Let's not think about that baby." Billie softly said, running her fingers through my hair.

"I can't help it."

Billie pulled away and cupping my cheeks in her palms, softly smiled at me. She kissed me which made me smile. She pulled away after a few seconds and smiled, caressing my cheek.

"We still have a week. And even after you go, I've a show in Paris so we'll see each other." Billie replied, and I nodded.

"Plus, as long as we stick to our 'face-time-every-night' plan, we're fucking great! Nothing's wrong." Billie chuckled, making me do the same.

This was the first time Billie and I had to be apart for months in a row. I usually tagged along with her, but now I had my own career to look after. I was glad thing's were working out for the both of us; Billie sold out an entire world tour and I was walking one of the biggest runway shows.

But with your wishes also came sacrifices and in our case, it was going to be staying away from each other.

Grabbing my cup of coffee, I took a sip.

"Are we all set?" Billie asked, taking her phone and car keys. I hummed in response as I looked around to make sure I had all my belongings. I checked once again to make sure I had the ticket on my phone.

I slightly flinched as my phone rang, making Billie laugh.

Rolling my eyes, I accepted the call and heard Pearl on the other end.

I heard her yawn making me chuckle.

"Why're you up at this time?" I asked.

"Conan and I just wanted to check up and shit." Pearl spoke sleepily.

Pearl had agreed to stay at our place for a while, since I wouldn't be taking Beau along with me.

Even if I did, I knew I would be busy for the majority of the time.

"Well, you both have a safe flight. I'm gonna sleep." Pearl said and I heard Conan as well.

"You guys have fun." Conan spoke up, before abruptly hanging up. I smiled, shaking my head slightly before slipping the phone back into my pocket.

"Ready to go?" I asked and Billie nodded, finishing up her coffee.

Billie's P.O.V

I slumped down on one of the seats, exhausted after the security check-up.

Looking over at Willow, I found her reading a book with her earphones plugged in.

"How'd you read at two in the fucking morning?" I asked, removing one of her earbuds.

"Anything to kill time." Willow replied, her eyes still glued onto the page. I huffed in response before slouching further and folding my arms.

Half an hour until we board our flight, I told myself as I sat there, doing absolutely nothing. Finneas and Claudia had gone to get something to eat, meanwhile my parents sat right behind us.

Deciding to kill some time, I took out my notebook and started to jot down lines that came to me out of the blue.

I hummed a made up tune, as I continued to write, completely engrossed in what I was doing.

I didn't hear as Willow said my name.

"Billie?" She asked once more in a louder voice. I quickly looked up at her, slightly flinching.

She smiled at my action before looking down at my journal.

"What're you writing?" Willow asked, pointing towards the notebook.

"Some random ass shit that just popped into my head."

As we were talking, we were quickly interrupted by a voice speaking over the announcement speakers.

"This is the pre-boarding announcement for flight 89B to London. We are now inviting those passengers with first class to begin boarding at this time. Please have your boarding pass and identification ready. Regular boarding will begin in approximately ten minutes time. Thank you."

"Fucking finally." I muttered, before shoving the book into the small bag and getting up.

"Are we late?" Claudia asked, as the both of them reached us.

"On time." Willow replied.

"Does everyone have their boarding passes?" My dad asked, looking around at everyone and we all nodded.

"Phones, wallets and all?" My mom chimed in. After checking to make sure our belongings were still there.

We weren't greeted by a queue, so almost immediately, we got into the aircraft and took our seats.

"We've ten hours to kill." I said to Willow and she sighed.

"Wanna join the mile high club?"

(i- I'm gonna do some fun embroidery and act like I didn't make Bil just ask that.)
