"renjun? hey, renjun!"
the blonde opened his eyes and found himself in an unfamiliar white room, "jeno?"
"the one and only. you scared me! i was on the way to the mall to get something when i saw u, looking so pale and weak. the next thing i knew, you passed out!"
"and why didn't you tell me you had cancer!" the boy looked a mess, a worried and crying mess
"i'm sorry for scaring you, thank you for bringing me here jeno." he smiled weakly, avoiding the last question
"hey, jeno, where's jaemin?" the elder remembered he was supposed to meet jaemin for a movie
"he's... outside talking to the doctor. he kept calling your phone so i picked up and told him what happened. i hope you don't mind." he apologised
"it's okay, but hey, i really wanted to spend my last days without anyone knowing about my illness you know. especially jaemin." renjun started tearing up, lifting his head up to hold everything in
at that moment, jaemin walked in and looked at his injunnie with more than sadness in his eyes "junnie..."
a tear rolled down the blonde's face, "nana...."
to say the blue haired was sad is an understatement. he was a mess. he looked as if he lost his world-as if he lost his only will to live.
"i'll let you two talk." jeno sighed as he leaves the room.
"you know junnie, i-i really thought i was through with you-with our relationship but then all the memories of us when we were best friends and when we fell in love with each other came rushing back to me and it hit me so hard. as i put down all our problems and be your best friend again for the past 5 days, i couldn't help but fall in love with you all over again. i regret breaking up with you. i regret not trying to solve our problems. i want to take it back-the break up."
"b-but why did you have to be ill! you lied to me! you said you'd always be with me!" he screamed and cried, regretting ever breaking up with his one and only
"i'll do better, i'll be better, i'll do anything so please...please don't leave me alone." he cried out desperately
it hurt the elder to see his nana in so much pain. but it hurt him more knowing that there's nothing he can do to ease that pain, because he had to go.
he could only sit there and cry with together him.
"hey nana, i'm sorry for lying to you...but let's make full use of the days we have left with each other alright?" the elder smiled
