Chapter 1 (shes Eliz and Im Josh)

ELIZ's POV

Maybe I was born to be alone!

This always get into my mind...

I'm Elizabeth Valdez,I'm 21 years old.

I'm a pre-lance photographer,

I have my own studio... you know what, I came from a prominent family.We own the Valdez Builders Corporation which is one of the best Real Estate in the country.

But after Dad died,I choose to established my independence... Kahit photographer ako I'm proud to say that I'm also a licensed architect.Mom and I always argued when it comes to the things that I wanted.

Hindi sya kagaya ni Dad,Dad always supports me in the things that I wanned,he always pushes me to be brave and don't ever be afraid to experience failures.

Mom,she's the exact opposite... she's perfectionist, she always wanted me to be just like her which I will never be.

I'm now living on my own Simula ng mawala si Dad...though still umuuwi ako paminsan-minsan sa bahay namin but I preferred not to stay there for long.

As much as possible, I don't wanna carry my moms legacy....I don't wanna ask for any help coming from her...

I wanna prove my mom that I can be better...

I wanna show her that I'm way better than she was!

Lumabas na akong Condo unit ko.

Tinali ko ang buhok ko.

I wear just a simple printed black shirt together with my denim shorts.

Dala ko na naman ang cam ko and my drafting tools.

"Yes papunta na ako"I said.

Tumawag kasi ang assistant ko,she's asking where I am now,meron kasi akong meeting sa isang constructor ngayong araw so I need to show up my designs and interior.

Pumasok na akong sasakyan ko dala ang mga gamit ko...I started driving,Now Im heading...

JOSH's POV

Magkasama na naman kami ng motor ko...it always serves as my companion.

Being a simple 20 year old Josh Nicholas Urbano, a Graphic artist.

I graduated just recently lang from my course civil engineering.

I'm not yet planing to comply a licensure exam...I'm more on loving designing.

Si papa assistant engineer sa isang malaking construction company,while si mama tita,my step mom...

She loves cooking kaya yun busy si tita mama sa resto nya.

I have a younger brother Carlo,ang kulit nya!nakakatuwa lang kasi mas serious pa ang 7 year old Kong kapatid magsalita at gumalaw kisa sakin haha...

Happy go lucky lang ako,ika nga SIEZE THE DAY diba? Sulitin ang Sandali...

Teka,naliligaw na yata ako ah...I'm on QC...

I twist the bike then napaliko sa isang kanto...

Mi malaking building na kinuconstruct dun sa malawak na loti,kila papa ata yun...didiretso na sana ako nang may isang babaeng tumawid! muntik ko na syang mabangga! Buti nalang nakapreno ako agad!

"God D*mn it!"nasambit ko sa loob ng helmet ko.

ELIZ's POV

Inhale exhale...

This the day!

Matapos kong maipark ang sasakyan ko,tumayo ako sa harap ng pedestrian lane, inayos ko muna eye glasses ko.

Nasa kabilang dulo lang yung construction site.

I was about to cross ng may biglang sumulpot na motorsiklo(big bike)nagulat ako,akala ko talaga katapusan ko na!buti nalang agad nakapagpreno ang driver kong Hindi I was gone!

Nang mahimasmasan na ako, "Hindi ka ba tumitingin sa dinadaanan mo?"

"Are you planing to kill me?!"

Sunod-sunod kong litanya at bulyaw sa pagmumukha nya,or rather sa likod ng helmet nya.

Hindi manlang natinag yung mama, at suminyas pa ito na tumabi daw ako.

I am totally pissed!

Biglang pinaandar ulit ng driver ang motorsiklo nya, and it just pass towards me!

"Hoy!napaka walang modo mo! Siguro napaka panget mo!"

"Site go-- go--"natigil ako sa pagsasalita ng biglang tumigil ang motorsiklo, its 3 meters away from me,bumaba yung driver,he wore a bikers suite.I think it stands 5'11" to -6",naglakad sya palapit sakin and the moment he is already infront of me,I feel Stoned! I was frozen, he removed his helmet

And that handsome face mesmerized my eyes...

Maputi pa yata to sakin eh,napakakinis nya,he got a small heart shaped lips,mi bigote syang kunti but it doesn't matter pogi parin sya... those so attractive eyes, it really tells something.

Then I was awaken from my malady of him, "hoy-- mag-ingat ka naman sa susunod muntik mo na akong mabangga e"sabi ko pa ng biglang lumapit sya sakin at ibinaba nya ang bitbit na helmet.

Napapikit ako ng biglang, it seems like he'll going to touch my face?

But hindi pala, tinangal nya ang eye glasses ko.I saw him wiping the lenses of my glasses,maingat nya itong pinunasan ng puting panyong hawak nya...

Then he put it back on me...

"Malinis na... bayad na ako ha"he saids then smile.

Those smiles melt my heart... ang gwapo...

I was freeze once again! Napansin ko nalang wala na sya sa harap ko...

He was gone kasabay ng tunog ng motor siklo nya...

"Ma'am,nag-aantay na po sina engineer"ani mang Juan.

Nabalik na diwa ko...

Then tumango nalang ako at sumunod na...
