Unexpected Roommate ✦ Choi Minho

Chapter 31

As Monday arrived both Meera and Minho left to work. The event was on the next day so everyone was busy preparing for it.  

me ~ Hope you aren't bored.

Poorva ~ No, but you will come by 6pm right?

me ~ Yeah. I promise.

Poorva ~ Should we call Minho too?

me ~ Why do we need to drag him along. Minho shi must be busy.

Poorva ~ Tell me seriously do you like him?

Meera ~ Huh? Why that question?

Poorva ~ I saw him feeding you.

Meera ~ He asked me to taste it.

Poorva ~ But you don't like when someone feeds you.

Meera ~ Just shut up let me go work.

Poorva ~ Fine. Don't be late.

Meera puts back her phone on silent and tries to finish her work quickly. The manager checks everyone's work personally and the idols come by to rehearse and check their stage positions. 'Are you done?' Minho asks tapping her shoulder. 

'You scared me.' Meera turned surprised by his sudden presence. 

'Is your work done or not?' Minho asked again grabbing her to a side. 

'Almost, what about you?' Meera asks as he sounded serious. 

'Yeah. Lets go home. I will wait for you in the car.' Minho replies. 

'But I need to be somewhere.' Meera informs.

 'Oh another date with that guy.' Minho comments looking at her uninterested. 

'What no, I have to go dress shopping for tomorrow. Poorva found a store.' Meera explains. 

'You still did not buy a dress?. Finish it faster.' Minho suggests as he walks away.

Meera quickly gets into the car without anyone actually noticing her. 

'Why are you moody today?' Meera asked as she put on the seat belt. 

'No practice made me tired.' Minho replies. 

'Are you sure?' Meera asks him placing a hand on his shoulder. 

'What's the store name. Put in the destination.' Minho asks avoiding the question. 

'Oh yeah let me check' Meera checks her phone and enters the location.

Both of them arrive at the store and quickly find Poorva already trying dresses. 

'You sure won't get bored?' Meera asks as she roams through the store to find something. 

'I am fine, just take your time.' Minho replies giving a thumbs up.

'You should try this one, will suit you.' the salesperson suggests a short formal dress. 

'No no, that's too short. It is already winter.' Minho shoves the dress back as Meera asks him an opinion.

'Did you finalize?' Meera asks Poorva who picked up a white dress.

'Yes Baekhyuniee likes white, so I am going to let him watch me in white.' Poorva shows her white ballgown proudly.

'Baekhyunieee?' Minho giggles at the answer.

'She is just like that, Poorva don't embarrass me tomorrow okay.' Meera sighs still trying to figure a dress.

'Isn't it too you know...' Minho struggles with his words as Meera pulls out a halter neck dress.
