the prologue

this is not a continuation of my other jiara series. 

ALSO this is set after season 1! bc i started it in the middle of seasons 1 and 2, make sure you read below - there's important stuff you need to know before reading.

started friday the 23rd of october 2020.

this is an alternative version of the show outer banks on netflix, this will take place after the events of season 1's finale but some of season one will not stand (i hope this makes sense), i'm making some changes:

-the pogues and all characters their age will be 19
-the main kooks and pogues have a different relationship with eachother, which you'll see.

-jj and kiara dated before, but they broke up a year before the start of this story (as mentioned in the description)

-pope and kiara never dated in this lol

-pope, john b and jj found the gold and did all the other stuff they did with kie in season 1, which leads to john b's death (and he's actually dead LMFAO sorry jb stans- i don't want to be juggling too many plot points so i won't be having his come back or anything)

-sheriff peterkin isn't dead, the scene where she dies still exists but not in the same way it did in the show (this might not make sense, but you will see)

-since season 2 has come out i might try work some of that in but if not this story is only set to follow the events of season 1- not season 2 , nor any future seasons.

here is the description if you didn't read it before:

-jj and kiara split up a year ago, they haven't spoken a word to eachother since but when she hears one of the pogues is missing she can't help but reminisce on the time she and the rest of the kooks had spent with the pogues- and on the time she spent with a certain pogue.

and the rest of the obx cast as their respective characters (such as rose Cameron, or luke maybank and other netflix original characters who're family or friends with the aforementioned characters, not my own characters)

some of my own characters may be added as we go on.
