Sakura woke up that morning with a pounding headache. Groaning, she glanced at her phone and froze. It was already 1 in the afternoon—she was late for her meeting with Kakashi. Her heart raced as she scrambled out of bed, wincing as the movement made her head throb. She dashed into the shower, hoping the cold water would help clear her hangover. After quickly dressing, she bolted out of the house and headed for the Hokage Tower.

Her heart pounded with every step, her anxiety compounded by the feeling of being watched. Alphas in the vicinity seemed to catch her scent, their eyes following her as she moved. She rubbed her neck, trying to suppress the embarrassment and the growing heat within her. The events of last night weighed heavily on her mind. Would Kakashi address their kiss? How would she handle it?

As she entered the Hokage Tower, she made her way to the elevator. She took a deep breath and pressed the button for the top floor. Each passing floor seemed to amplify her nerves, her body growing warmer and her palms sweaty. When the elevator dinged and the doors slid open, Sakura stepped out, her anxiety palpable.

Iruka glanced up from his desk as she approached. "You're late," he said with a chuckle. "Yes, I'm sorry," Sakura replied, checking her watch. It was now 2 o'clock. "The Hokage is ready to see you," Iruka continued, gesturing toward the door.

Sakura's hands were shaking as she turned the doorknob and entered Kakashi's office. Kakashi stood with his back to her, and as soon as she inhaled, the intense scent of his pheromones hit her. Her legs trembled, and she felt a surge of heat run through her. "You're late, Sakura," Kakashi said quietly.

"Yes, um, I'm sorry. I slept in too long," she stammered. Kakashi remained facing away, though she could sense the change in his posture. "I wonder why that is..." he mused, though he didn't turn around. Sakura could only rub at her neck, feeling the sweat begin to bead. Kakashi took a deep breath, finally turning to face her. "It doesn't matter. You're here now. Do you have the medical reports?"

Sakura handed him the reports, their hands briefly brushing against each other. Kakashi looked up, his gaze meeting hers as he asked, "Thank you. Did you finish these recently?" Sakura nodded, unable to find her voice as her heat made her increasingly dizzy and flushed. She could barely maintain her composure, struggling to focus on anything but the overwhelming intensity of Kakashi's presence.

Kakashi studied her closely, noting her flushed face and the nervous way she kept touching her neck. "Is everything alright?" he asked, his concern genuine but laced with a hint of amusement. He knew what was happening, even if she might not fully realize it yet.

"Yeah...yeah, it's just hot in here," she managed to reply. Kakashi poured her a glass of water from the desk and placed it in front of her. She drank quickly, the cool liquid providing some relief from her dizziness.

"So, uh..." Sakura began, her anxiety mounting as she considered broaching the topic of last night. She was still out of breath and sweaty, struggling with the intense feelings coursing through her. She squeezed her legs together, trying to find some comfort. The weight of Kakashi's gaze on her made her even more self-conscious.

"You smell divine, you know," Kakashi said, catching her off guard. "Oh, I...um, thank you. You smell incredible, too," Sakura replied, her nervousness evident. Kakashi's next question made her heart skip a beat. "Have you found an Alpha yet?"

Sakura was taken aback. "I... uh, no," she stammered, her face turning an even deeper shade of red. Kakashi bit his lip, contemplating his next words. "There are processes for this, Sakura. If you'd like, I can set you up with an Alpha, or..." He paused, letting the weight of his words hang in the air.

Sakura's heart raced as she swallowed hard. "Or... I can claim you myself." Her response came out more confidently than she felt. "I'd like that."

Kakashi's gaze remained steady, intense. "Are you sure?" he asked, his voice serious. He wanted to ensure she wasn't rushing into this without understanding the gravity of the bond they would share.

Sakura met his gaze, her heart pounding. "Kakashi, are you sure? I hear you've never claimed anyone. So why are you offering to claim me?"

Kakashi was momentarily caught off guard by her directness. He had never claimed anyone before, but revealing the full extent of his feelings wasn't something he could easily do. "You're different, Sakura. In all my years, I've never met an Omega quite like you."

Sakura considered his words, her mind racing. The alphas around her had been unusually attentive, and she began to understand why. She wiped sweat from her brow, struggling against the heat flashes that Ino had warned her about. The discomfort was growing, and she could only hope Kakashi's offer would bring the relief she desperately needed.

Kakashi stood up and walked towards Sakura. Her heart skipped a beat as he approached. He extended his hand towards her, and she looked up at him with a mixture of hesitation and longing. Slowly, she reached out and took his hand. He gently pulled her into his embrace, enveloping her in his rich, intoxicating scent. Sakura stood frozen, her body reacting in ways she could hardly control. Heat surged through her veins, and sweat began to bead on her skin. Her legs trembled, struggling to support her as she focused on Kakashi's hands resting on her lower back.

Kakashi lowered his head to her neck, inhaling her scent deeply. Sakura let out a soft squeak, "Ka... Kakashi." She could feel her panties growing damp, her body shaking and her vision swimming. She took a shaky breath and relaxed into him, overwhelmed by sensations she had never experienced before. It felt as if she were being electrified, her mind light and her body ablaze with intense heat.

Kakashi pulled back slightly, his gaze fixed on her. "Oh, Sakura," he murmured, a hint of amusement in his voice, "this is going to be quite the adventure."
