Narrator's pov

So Mully, Josh, Eddie and I were getting geared up to find some mermaids and mermen so when i was fully ready got my mask on and dived in with eddie while Mully and Josh were together and underwater it was so beautiful the coral was very vibrant, Fishes were swimming happily there were octopuses 🐙🐙🐙 hidden in cracks between rocks it was very pretty then I looked over an edge of a massive rock like a 3 meter cliff and i saw a weird looking fish

Mully said "guys that an angel shark no need to worry they are completely utterly harmless to us"

I asked "how did u know"

Josh replied "Mully is studding marine life"

Eddie went "amazing not what we are looking for"

We continued swimming and looking and i saw a Leopard shark

It looked very pretty then out of the blue 3 mermaids came swimming around me

Eddie yelled "finally amigos Grant just keep them distracted (a/n the mermaids looks like the one in the pic up there when i opened the chapter the one the previous chapter showed and this one ⬇️)

Eddie was taking pics and the mermaids looked so pretty they were giggling like high school girls when they see there crush I was so amazed but we were running out of air so we had to go up to the surface and refill then went back down more mermaids were added to the pod

And with them was a little mermaid who was carrying pearls

But still we haven't found that merman that was in my dreams or any mermens in fact

It was fun swimming with then we continued until I found him in a small cave napping he looked like the one from my dream but I reached back to the surface but my ankle had been grabbed I looked down it was the same merman grabbed my ankle he same up I looked at him with confusion

Until "Juicy ur awake"

And the pod of mermaids grabbed him and I continued to swim back up i dried off after i got the gear off

Eddie asked "so Grant have you found him yet"

"I actually did but he was asleep"

Eddie grabbed a book and a pen

He said "wright a whole page down about ur experience then give it to Josh or Mully and they'll do the same"

So i wrote down my part i wrote down about my dream and the hunt to look for that merman and how I found him. Eddie wrote down some of his notes like how they were social butterflies, loved humans, camera ham and just loved to play around.

~a week later~

The mermaid story took the town by storm alot of people came to the gym and bar where i worked at wanting to interview me or ask questions even my co workers asked me about it too

My reply was "talk to the expert not me"
