They have already dropped their atomic bombs in their second world war..." said an Arcturian elder pointing to the huge Earth hologram which was showing in the middle of the reunions hall. Thousands of extraterrestrial beings from all races of the universe, present both in the physical and high astral plane, were watching him in silence.

"This is on a collision course with disaster... As we already know, the prime directive of non-interference prevents us from taking any action. However we can't just stand here doing nothing - if no further action is taken, the consequences will be catastrophic, not only for them, but for the rest as well..."

"The native souls living on Earth are way too caught up on the wheel of karma. They are not even aware of the situation!" an aquatic humanoid from Sirius B raised his voice.

Kay'la opened her eyes. A telepathic message was sent to all beings possible to attend the urgent intergalactic reunion. Standing up, she brushed her hair as her nanotechnology suit covered her entire body.

"Are you already there?" She asked Axey as she instantly teleported to the place assigned.

"Yes. They are going to start".

"Asking them so they accept our help does not help either." said another being from Lyra. "We saw in previous events that no matter our talks, the majority of them trust the Greys and the Reptiloids the most with their technology".

Suddenly, a Pleiadian middle-aged man stood up and started walking towards the light blue hologram of the planet.

"We cannot interfiere externally, correct?" He saw heads nodding in agreement. "We respect their free will. Most of them don't want our assistance, it seems..."
He then raised his hand, creating a small holographic humanoid figure. "But what if help came from the inside?" He turned around to observe the audience.

"What I meant to say that, due to Earth souls being already trapped in the karmic cycle, you know, we could actually go there ourselves.. by incarnating in Earth bodies."

Looking at each other, some lost deep in thought processing the information, many beings started to like the idea.

An Arcturian elder nodded. "Doesn't seem to be a bad idea.. Souls that had never been trapped in the cycle can help them to learn their lessons much faster, and so ascend."

An elemental earth fairy from Alcyone's vast crystalline forests appeared. "And we can also help Gaia to heal by making friends and uniting all together!" She exclaimed happily.

"However, I suppose that we wouldn't mind a little reminder..." A woman from Vega stood up. "We have to take into account that this planet is currently holding 3rd dimensional frequencies. As both the reports and our travels there show, it is quite hard for us to adjust to the dense environment. What is more, by incarnating, we will have to agree to lose all our memories."
She paused for a brief second, noticing the worried faces, and continued to speak.

"However, you all know that growing wiser as you acquire more knowledge in each lifetime, it is of no doubt at all, that no matter the control system of this or any other planet, you can bring those memories and wisdom back anytime".
