"mummm....dadddd, I'm homeeeeee" i shout as i enter the house

No answer

Knowing it's a Sunday afternoon they, must be taking a nap.

Being the active and unsettled person, i take my bag to my room and text Renee we meet up at our usual place, ice palace.

"so details girll," Renee insists for more information about my date as we head to our table after ordering.

I tell her everything. Even the most embarrassing.

"hahahhaha you fainted hahahha!!" she laughs so loud earning us stares

Why am i not surprised.

"do you want to hear the rest of the story or just attract others from your laugh ," i ask

"okay fine I'm done laughing." she giggles while speaking

I tell her everything that happened.
We talk for a while and didn't even realize how time had passed until my mom called

"we should head back home before it's too dark. Mom just called me " i say

"sure, let me head to the bathroom first." Renee says

"hurry up."

"don't rush the queen please." she says and she majestically walks to the bathroom.

For heavens sake, does this girl usually have a loose nut or something... On second thought I don't wanna know.

She takes longer than expected. I head to the bathroom to look for her.

" Renee are you in here, hurry up!"

No answer. "renee come on. It's getting late"

She's not in here.
"uugghh where could she have gone,"

"umm excuse me, have you seen a girl around 5'3, blond hair with pink highlights, crazy personality?" I ask a waiter

"she talks to herself too?" he asks

"yesss, that one!"

"yeah some guy picked her up a few minutes ago."

"what guy? What did he look like?"

"i don't know lady, he was covered in a hoodie. Call her cell or something." he says and disappears

I call Carl
"hey Carl, did you pick up Renee or something?"

"no, why?"

"we came for ice cream and now i can't see her anywhere. Some dude said some guy picked her up and she hasn't called."

That's when it clicked

"oh no." i say in realization

"what?? Bri speak up, what's happened?" Carl speaks on the other end

The thing I was afraid would happen

"Brad" i say

"I'll call the police." he says and disconnects.

Oh please no, let not this be happening..

I have to call mum. She answers after a few rings

"hi mum, Brad took Renee."

"what!! Where are you now?"

"ice palace."

"I'm coming for you, don't go anywhere. Let me call Renee's mum i explain to her."
