Chapter 5: To protect my family I must die for my family

((Okay so this one might be a bit more quick paced than the others and I do apologize for that.🙇))

It's been a few days since then and I still haven't told them anything else. The physical exams were today and the Host Club is forcing me to join in. But Haruhi and I are going to the "Special boys room". We began to get undressed, she had on the pink under shirt she normally wore, I just had my chest bandages on. The curtain was pulled back and a guy forced us to the wall saying for us to be quiet. I pulled Haruhi behind me and the creepy doctor was thrown to the wall. The host club came to our rescue! The doctor told us his story and he was sent on his way to Ouran public high school. A shirt was thrown on me and I looked over to Mori. He gave me one of his small, stoick smiles and the Host Club left us girls to finish our exams.

At the club we didn't have any customers and the air grew busy with the unspoken questions. Honey went to take a nap so we kept our voices low. "So Hana... why did those men want you dead?" Kyoya asked, I bit my lip and the door bursted open, Sara was smiling and squealing. "Ashitaka we won!" She yelled and I place a finger to my lips and went over to a nearly woken up Honey. "Go back to bed, okay?" I whispered and ran my hands slowly through his hair. His breathing calmed and he went back to sleep. "Sara, you need to be quiet or get out." I said and she looked at me shocked. Tears ran down her face and she ran out. I sighed and sat down. Tamaki, Hikaru, and Kaoru were cowering behind a couch and Mori nodded to me as if the say thanks. I nodded back and looked over to Kyoya, "I don't really remember all that well why they wanted my family dead." I said and ran a hand through my hair.

My gorgeous little brothers... l heard steps in the hall. I jumped into their laundry basket which was filled to the brim. I saw two men go into my room and began to say things I couldn't catch. They walked out not after setting my house on fire. I looked at my three year old brothers. They were born together, played together, and died together.

Mori moved his hand across my cheek and I felt the wetness of my tear between our skin. "But you do seem to remember," Kyoya said and I bit my tongue, "There are a lot of things I wish to forget, seeing my dead three year old brothers is one of them." I said and Haruhi hugged me. "But I mean, who hasn't had complications in their lives?" I said and smiled and they looked at me, "yeah, complications, not so much having to watch your family die and having to live by yourself for ten years!" Tamaki said through tears. I pinned his head to my shoulder, "stop crying, okay? Everything will be fine." I said and he shoved me back, "fine?! You are being hunted by murderers!" Haruhi said and Mori wrapped his arm around my shoulder. I hugged Haruhi and Tamaki. "Their a group called the Secret Organization of Lachesis. Lachesis was one of the three fates in Greek mythology. They are one of the most dangerous societies in the history of Earth. No one has lived once they plan to kill." I said and everyone joined in on the hug. "Except me. Meaning that if they wanted my family dead, they want me dead as well. It's going to be safer if I leave you all so they don't kill you to get to me." I said and they hugged me tighter. "Are you forgetting that Mitsukuni and I are here?" Mori asked, "don't worry, we'll protect you." I shook my head, "It's not me I'm worried about." I said and the clock chimed the end of the day. "We're all going to spend the night." Tamaki said and Haruhi was about to say something. I patted her head, "don't worry, nothing bad will happen if you all go home. Hell, nothing bad will happen if I go back to my house." I said and I heard the crash of glass. I threw Haruhi down as I caught the dagger. It had a note attached to it.

We know where you are, realize that if you stay with your new found friends we will have no choice but to kill all of them. Now realize that we only want you and also realize that we wouldn't like to kill anymore than what we need to. Meet us at the top of the clock tower in half an hour.

I crumpled the note and kept the dagger. "What was that?" Hikaru and Kaoru asked. "I have to go." I said and dropped the note to the floor as I rushed out of the room. I've bested them once I can do it again. I climbed to the top of the tower when I saw a man standing there holding to the railing and looking down at the ground. "Good to see that you made it." He said and I laughed, "think I would run?" I asked and he turned around. He had a large scar going down his face and one of his eyes was a pale white. I looked at him, he didn't carry a gun but he did carry knives. "So, let's kill some time, shall we?" I asked, "who are you?" He grimaced, "come on, give a dying girl some answers." I said, "second right hand to the top dog." He said, "why do you want me dead?" I asked and he watched me, "why else? Your family was our rivals, we need to eliminate any if not all of your blood line." He said, "I want you dead, you want me dead, what would happen if we were both to die?" I asked and he scoffed.
