I looked at kageyama to see if he was ready to tell suga about what happened yesterday but he looked far from ready, he looked straight up terrified to tell him but we have to weather he's ready of not.
"Hey kageyama, it'll be ok let's just go tell him" he looked at me and nodded slowly. We walked over to suga who was talking to daichi and kageyama was hiding behind me and I spoke up since I knew he wouldn't "hey suga could we talk to you?" He looked kinda confused and saw kageyama behind me and his eyes widened a little before looking at daichi with a 'go away so my kids can talk to me' kind of look
"Sure what's up?" he said as daichi walked away to tell everyone else to go home "we wanted to talk to you about something serious" I said and kags flinched "alright" suga said looking a little uneasy. I looked at kageyama so he would start to speak. "Hold up it'll take a second this is kinda hard for him to say" I said to suga and he nodded his head before looking at kageyama "I um" he took a deep breath "my parents abuse me" he said quietly but loud enough for us both to hear "and there have been many times in the past that were pretty close to death for me but that's a whole other story I don't wanna get into right now".
Suga looked at me in shock before looking back at kags "and it's been a few months, well more like two since they tried to hit me because my dad was away on a business trip and my mom only does it with him... but yesterday he got home" he said before he started shaking a little. I grabbed his hand and squeezed it a little for reassurance for him to keep going and that it'll be ok.
"Yesterday when he came to the house he called me downstairs and when I got to him he punched me and then for the first time ever" he stopped talking to fight the lump in his throat that we could hear "he um- he tried to t-touch me, like sexually" he said almost crying. Suga looked like he wanted to kill his parents and then just hug kageyama "where did he touch you?" He asked softly "he was in my face and he started putting one hand up my shirt and the other was at the hem of my jeans" he said shakily "but I kicked him before he pulled anything off me"
He looked at me like he was asking me if he should keep going and I nodded my head yes "and he loosened his grip f-for a second so I used that opportunity to get out of his grip, and I did, once I did I ran out of t-the house with my phone in my pocket s-so I called tsukishima." He paused "when I was on the phone with him I asked him if I could come over. I ended up staying the night with him because who knows what would've happened to me if I went back there" he said quietly "that's fine I understand I'm very sorry that happened kageyama and thanks for telling me but where will you stay for now and what will you do about your parents?" Suga asked with a frown on his face
Before kageyama spoke again I just spoke up "I was thinking he could just stay with me for a while if not until we graduate, as for his parents I don't know what we'll do about them" I looked over at kags. After a little more talking with suga we decided we would have to think about what to do and me and kags went to my house.
"Hey kageyama let's do our homework" he groaned and grabbed his bag "fineeeee" We ended up laying down on my bed doing it
